Welcome to this guided meditation,

This guided sleep meditation to help you relieve your overactive mind.

So if your mind is all over the place,

That's okay.

If you're feeling anxious or stressed,

That's okay because this meditation will ease your mind and allow you to completely relax.

So find a place where you can fall asleep.

And once you find that place,

Softly,

Gently close your eyes.

And as you softly,

Gently close your eyes,

You arrive here to the present moment,

Arriving here to the present moment.

And during this meditation,

All you have to do is breathe and listen to the sound of my voice,

That's it.

And at some point during this meditation,

You'll drift off and fall asleep.

At some point during this meditation,

You'll completely surrender and now bring your attention and awareness to your breathing.

Nothing to do or control with your breath.

Just notice your breath.

Be the witness to your breath.

No control.

No forcing the breath.

Just observe your breathing.

Now take a nice deep inhale through your nose and exhale,

Open the mouth,

Sigh it out,

Release your stress.

Take another deep inhale through your nose and exhale,

Sigh it out,

Releasing your worries,

Your cares.

Again,

Take another deep inhale through your nose and exhale,

Fully release,

Fully relax.

Now with your mouth closed,

Breathe in and out through your nose and find a comfortable,

Steady,

Natural and intuitive breath for you.

And allow your belly to rise on the inhale and your belly falls on the exhale.

Belly rises on the inhale and belly falls on the exhale.

Belly rises and belly falls like waves rolling against the shore and then crashing against the shore.

Belly rises and falls.

Easily and naturally,

You start to relax.

Easily and naturally,

Relaxing more and more as you breathe and as you listen to the sound of my voice and notice your muscles feeling softer.

Notice your muscles surrendering and wherever your body is touching the ground or the mattress,

All your tension starts to escape,

Starts to go down into the ground.

All your tension starts to go straight down,

Down to the ground.

As your belly rises and falls.

As you inhale and exhale,

All your stress,

All your tension falls down into the ground and your body feels heavier and heavier,

Heavier and heavier.

Body feels so heavy now,

So relaxed.

Body feels heavier and heavier,

So heavy,

So relaxed.

Body is surrendering now,

Easily and naturally surrendering.

Body feels effortless and at ease.

Body feels so relaxed now,

So heavy.

And those tiny muscles in your eyelids feel so heavy and so relaxed.

Those little tiny muscles in your eyelids feel so heavy and so relaxed that it's hard to open your eyes.

And in just a moment,

You'll open your eyes and then close your eyes.

And each time you open your eyes and close your eyes,

You'll relax even more than you are now.

In just a moment,

You'll open your eyes and close your eyes and you'll sink 10 times deeper.

Deeper relaxation than you are now.

Now open your eyes and close your eyes 10 times deeper,

Relaxed.

Yes,

Open your eyes and close your eyes,

So relaxed,

Surrendering,

Drifting,

Dreaming.

And now open your eyes and close your eyes 10 times deeper,

Deeper and deeper,

More relaxed,

Settling,

Drifting,

Dreaming.

As you listen to the sound of my voice,

And in just a moment,

I wonder if you can use that great imagination of yours.

And I wonder if you can imagine yourself walking down a path in the forest.

And as you walk down this path in the forest,

In the distance,

You see a clearing.

You see a meadow.

And in this clearing,

In this meadow,

Is a castle.

Now,

Imagine yourself walking down this path in the forest,

Tall,

Tall trees on each side,

Perfect temperature,

A nice breeze.

And as you walk down this path towards the clearing,

Towards the meadow,

You feel safer and safer as you're walking towards this castle.

And it can be any size castle,

Any color.

And as you're walking towards this castle,

You feel at peace,

You feel at ease,

And you feel so safe.

And soon,

You'll be right next to the castle,

At the door.

Now,

You're here at the castle,

At the door,

And now open the door,

Walk in the castle.

And as you walk in the castle,

You see the most comfortable bed,

Closing the door behind you.

Lie down in the most comfortable bed in this castle,

And you feel so safe,

So protected,

Because this castle protects you.

And you're here inside,

And you feel so safe,

And so secure,

And your mind is clear,

And your mind starts to surrender.

Your mind starts to let go,

Because you're protected,

You're safe,

Here,

In your castle,

In the most comfortable bed.

And as you're here in this castle,

You feel so safe,

So protected,

And your mind starts to surrender.

Your mind starts to relax,

And soon you'll drift off,

You'll fade away,

Into the most restful sleep,

Because you're safe,

And protected,

And so loved.

And in just a moment,

I'll count from ten to one,

And each number I count down,

You'll relax more and more.

And by the time I get to one,

You'll completely surrender,

You'll completely relax,

In this most comfortable bed,

Inside your castle.

I'll count from ten to one,

And when I reach one,

You'll sink deeper down than you are before,

And you may even drift off into sleep.

But the music will play after I reach one,

And you'll feel so relaxed,

So safe,

And so loved.

Ten,

Feeling so relaxed,

Surrendering more and more.

Nine,

Body feels heavier and heavier,

Starting to drift off and fade away.

Eight,

Body feels so good,

And so heavy.

Seven,

Deeper,

Deeper down.

And six,

Body feels so heavy,

And those tiny muscles in your eyelids feel so heavy.

Five,

Halfway there,

Almost asleep,

Almost drifting off into the most comfortable,

Peaceful sleep.

Four,

Three,

Two,

One,

Drifting off,

Dreaming,

Surrendering the mind,

Feeling so safe,

Secure,

And loved.
