Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian.
This is a couples meditation.
So grab your partner,
Grab your loved one.
Say hey,
It's time to meditate and find a comfortable place.
Preferably seated.
Crossing the legs,
Sitting tall,
Facing each other.
Maybe the knees touch.
And hold each other's hands.
And close your eyes.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Notice the sounds in the room.
Notice the sounds outside the room.
Notice the sounds outside the room.
And just allow those sounds to relax you even more.
Notice the warmth of your partner's hands.
Become aware of your partner's energy.
Notice your breathing.
And notice if you can hear your partner's breath.
Notice any smells you smell.
The air on your skin.
And feeling this connection while holding your partner's hands.
Feel that energy.
Just allow your conscious mind to surrender.
Allow your conscious mind to let go.
And bring your awareness to your heart space.
And bring your awareness to your heart space.
Just feel the energy in your heart space connect to your partner's heart.
Like a laser beam.
Now I wonder if you can imagine the first time you met your partner.
See it in your mind's eye.
Feel all the feelings.
I want you to see,
I want you to feel that first moment you two met.
Now I want you to imagine the happiest moment that you two have had.
The happiest moment you two have had.
I want you to notice where you feel this energy in your body.
Notice exactly where in the body you feel this energy.
And you start to see a color.
It could be any color.
It could be multiple colors.
It could be transparent.
It can even have polka dots.
See this color,
Feel this color.
And allow this color to rise out of the body over your head.
And this color fills the entire room.
With this happy,
Loving energy fills all the way up to the ceiling from wall to wall.
And it just rains down on both of your bodies.
Feeling this energy,
This color,
This happiness when you two first met.
Feelings you have for each other fills up the room and rains down on your bodies.
Not yet,
But in just a moment,
I'll have you open your eyes and you'll eye gaze,
You'll stare into each other's eyes.
Not yet,
But in just a moment,
You'll open your eyes and you'll stare into each other's eyes.
And it may feel awkward,
But embrace it.
This is your partner.
All these feelings you feel are here in the present moment and you'll be connected.
Now open your eyes,
Stare into your partner's eyes.
And if you need to laugh,
If you need to giggle,
If it feels awkward,
Embrace it.
Feel that connection.
You'll soon start to notice your breathing will sync up.
When you inhale,
Your partner inhales.
And when you exhale,
Your partner exhales.
Gaze into your partner's eyes.
And when you exhale,
Your partner inhales.
Feel in all your chakras connecting together.
All your chakras connecting together like laser beams from you to your partner.
Send all the good vibes,
All the loving energy,
All these feelings you feel for your partner.
Send them through your eyes,
Send them through your chakras.
You'll soon notice you can feel it.
Feel so connected to your partner.
Allow any emotions that come up.
Don't fight it,
Allow it,
Embrace it.
And whenever you're ready,
Softly,
Gently close your eyes again.
And you'll soon notice this deep connection,
This deep bond.
Feel all the energy,
All the feelings.
Feel this connection.
Allow any and all emotions to come to the surface.
And whenever you're ready,
You can open your eyes and give your partner the biggest hug.
And share with your partner your feelings,
Your experience of this meditation.
