Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative part of my yoga practice that I usually guide at the end of each session. Due to many requests, I’ve now recorded it as a standalone meditation so you can return to it anytime you need rest, reset, or deep relaxation. This practice can be done seated or lying down. Simply allow your body to soften, your breath to guide you, and gently settle into a state of calm awareness as you are guided into stillness. Yoga Nidra, often referred to as “yogic sleep,” supports the body in entering a deeply relaxed state while the mind remains aware; a powerful space for healing and restoration. Regular practice of Yoga Nidra can support: • Deep nervous system relaxation • Reduced stress and anxiety • Improved sleep quality • Emotional balance and regulation • Enhanced focus and mental clarity • Access to subconscious healing states Allow yourself to fully receive this time; there is nothing to do, nowhere to go, just rest.
