We are all capable of tapping into our potential and becoming the best possible version of our SELF. With a little creativity and imagination, take a moment to visualize the person you want to be and manifest your desire into a reality.

And now just making any final adjustments so that you're absolutely comfortable.

Close your eyes again if you've opened them.

And at any point whenever you have a thought that pops into your mind,

Just observe it.

Try not to interact with it.

But just allow it to pass like clouds in the sky.

Ful And now I'd like to invite you to take three deep breaths into the nostrils.

Exhale out from your mouth.

Exhale out from your mouth.

Assume your natural breath.

And again,

Just touch base with how you feel within the body,

Within your mind.

Exhale out from your mouth.

Breathing in through the nostrils and exhaling out from the mouth allows us to move from the fight,

Flight,

Or the freeze mode to a more relaxed state.

It allows us to tap into the vagus nerve.

Moving from the sympathetic nervous system to the parasympathetic nervous system.

Exhale out from your mouth.

I'd like to now invite you to think about what the best version of yourself could be.

What would that feel like?

Is there a time in your life that you feel that you're not feeling well?

Is there a time in your life when you felt this way?

A time when you felt like you were the best version of yourself?

So,

Going back in time through your memories,

Finding that exact memory,

And allow it to bring about that emotion,

Feelings,

And desires.

Don't apologize for how you want to feel,

But rather breathe into the feeling that arises from whatever images that might appear.

If you notice that there is any resistance,

Just breathe into that resistance and let it go.

As you breathe deep and long,

Guide your thoughts towards images.

Memories or experiences that represent how you want to feel.

Let your mind wander and create images of the world and experiences that you want to see or be.

Visualize yourself changed and the shift that you desire.

Visualize yourself doing what you have been dreaming of doing.

Visualize yourself becoming the person that you have envisioned.

And with every breath,

Connect more and more to that visualization.

Imagining yourself in the change that you desire,

Feel your way into that experience.

And with each breath in and out,

Getting closer to becoming that person you visualized.

And gently wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Bringing the energy and the awareness to your body.

Give yourself a nice stretch by interlocking your fingers above your head.

Give yourself a lovely stretch.

And gently rubbing your palms together,

Making them nice and warm,

Just cup them over your eyes.

And give yourself a second to be thankful and to really think of that visualization as coming into the present moment.
