Loving Kindness At Equinox Harmony Time

We connect to the living Universe with our breath. We connect with the Earth and her energy with the breath. At this powerful time of equinox the Earth energy lines come into synchrony, they move in harmony. At harmony time, let’s consciosly put our intention into the ethers, the non-physical sea of conscious energy by embodying loving kindness as best we can and sending it out to world like ripples on the water. Let's find that comfortable place for our body and allowing ourselves to have a fidget and to settle. Somewhere we can be still and rest. Arms and legs are comfortable. Let's take a deeper breath and lengthen our spine a bit and as we exhale soften our shoulders and the muscles of our face and soften into our seat a little bit so we can be still and bring our attention inwards. And noticing how it feels to bring our attention inwards. Let's bring our attention to our breath, Relaxed natural breath. How beautiful the sensation of the breath can be. Gentle ebb and flow, Almost lulling us into relaxation, Rocking us like a child. And as the breath flows in and out so comfortably, I invite you to imagine prana, Energy, Prana, Energy, Chi, Whatever you want to call it, Light, Love and truth, Flowing in and out as well. So as we breathe in, We invite the prana into our body and it flows in from all directions, Into our chest, Into our center and exhaling it flows out again, Connecting with the universe around us. Let's imagine that prana flowing in from the far reaches of the cosmos into us, Into us, All the way back out to the ends of the known universe, Just with a gentle breath and our intention returning to our breath once more and sensation of the breath. And let us connect that ebb and flow of the breath to the ebb and flow of the energy lines around the earth. Those energy lines moving backwards and forwards over whatever period they move with. Some move with the phases of the moon and as those energy lines ebb and flow, So does our breath. Imagining a sense in which our breath is moving with the energy of the earth and you can imagine that any way you like, To and fro. During the time of equinox, All the energy lines on the earth falling into sync with each other. All those energy lines coming to one extreme of their movement at the same time in synchrony and flowing to the other edge of their movement, Reaching the other extreme of their movement at the same time, Harmony time. Let's imagine our breath is doing the same thing. So we've connected with the wider universe, We've connected with the earth and now I invite you to bring some loving kindness into yourself and into those connections. We'll start with ourselves as always and I invite you to imagine that those thoughts, Dreams, Intentions of loving kindness are dropped like a pebble into water and they ripple out from you into the earth, Around the earth and into the wider universe. May I be filled with loving kindness. May I be healthy and happy. May I live in abundance, Trust and gratitude. May I love, Be loved and have joyful service. Those beautiful wishes filling you and rippling out, Spreading out from you as far as you can imagine, Through the energy, Through the prana. Feel how it feels to do that. May my loved ones, Friends and family be filled with loving kindness. May they all be healthy and happy. May we all live in abundance, Trust and gratitude. May we love, Be loved and have joyful service. Those joyful, Beautiful ripples spreading out. May all the humans, All the people, Each and every one person be filled with loving kindness. May we all be healthy and happy. May we all live in abundance, Trust and gratitude. May we love, Be loved and have joyful service. And let's imagine that's really true and imagine how it feels and feel how it feels. And as we do that, We embody it. We become more full of loving kindness and it really does spread out from us. May Mother Earth, All the plants, All the animals, All the plants, All the animals, The rocks, The water, The air, The elements. May we all be filled with loving kindness. May we all be healthy and happy and experience the highest version of whatever it is they ask for themselves. Lastly, Our loving kindness, Our health and happiness, Our abundance, Trust and gratitude, Our love, Our joyful service spreading out through the ethers to the far corners of the universe because we are not separate. Our holding, Our being, This loving kindness does affect and influence the whole. It cannot not change the whole universe, Just a little bit. Imagine it changing, Influencing another and another, More people coming online to wish loving kindness for all. And that wave building and multiplying exponentially as more people wake up, Light up. It is my fondest wish and dearest dream. So, Having expressed our intention, Our aspiration for the Equinox for Harmony Time, Let us return to our body and our breath. Maybe we can notice that we're embodying that harmony just a little more. I invite you to take it with you as you continue your day. And so, Let's take an energizing breath or two as we start our transition back to our waking state of consciousness. The state of consciousness with which we meet the external world. Wiggling our fingers and toes, Wrists and ankles, Arms and legs and having a little stretch that feels right for you. Thank you for practicing with me.
