Breathing in your deep yummy breath again and release and allowing your ankles and your knees to gently relax as you breathe in.
Relaxing your shoulders,
Relaxing your torso,
Relaxing your face,
Relaxing your legs and your back and your wrists.
Gently finding that gentle balance that you have on your spine and your butt and your knees so that you can almost allow your entire body to relax in the next breath.
Putting everything before this moment behind and everything in front of this moment away.
Breathing into this moment.
Allowing yourself to really push everything behind behind and everything in front.
Just imagine everything in the future that you need to be thinking about and push that into the future.
You don't have to do anything except to listen to my voice and allow your body to do the rest of whatever it wants to do.
This is a time for you.
And any moment in time if you feel any tension in your body you may breathe and direct your breath towards that area and stretch it out or relax that as well.
So that you may be able to release any tensions that's held inside.
Now imagine a golden white light above your head.
Imagine this.
300 floors above you,
Shining brightly,
Strongly,
Magnificently above you.
This is your personal source.
Your source of infinite alignment to who you really are.
Continue breathing in and out deeply to connect with this.
The part of you that knows what your purpose is.
The part of you that knows what your eternal purpose is.
You don't have to know it specifically at all.
It's just a feeling.
It's just an acceptance.
This is the part of you that feels in flow,
That feels connected.
The part of you that has all of your desired outcomes already actualized.
So feel yourself breathe that in and allowing that to come into the crown of your head and showering down like a waterfall into your shoulders and your arms and wash all over you.
This is the part of you that contains that natural rhythm of productivity,
Of trust.
The part of you that knows that you don't have to control anything.
That inner confidence,
That inner worthiness that you were born with is contained in there.
So imagine that wash over you and releasing any resistances that you may have towards that inner knowing and inner organization,
Inner productivity.
Breathing that all the way in into your legs,
Into your feet,
Into your hands,
Into your back where you may hold burdens,
Responsibilities and let go of any tension,
Any heavy feelings or any part of you that doesn't even know it's holding on to things.
Just let it go.
Let it flow.
Allowing your body to show you where it's holding things.
And as you breathe out allowing everything to fall into the center of the earth,
Imagining a big black hole underneath you individually.
White root growing into the center of the earth.
Allowing the bottom of the floor,
The ground,
Mother Earth to hold and digest anything you want to release.
We don't need to hold on to the tensions or hold on to the individual items that we need to do in our day or even hold on to any feelings of stuckness.
So connect with anything that you want to feel or don't want to feel and release it down.
Send it all the way down as if that huge weight just gets sucked right out and allow yourself to let that go however much you can today,
However much you want to today.
At the same time,
Imagine blue and purple flames all around you.
With every breath you take allow yourself to breathe in more of that golden white light and allow yourself to release more of whatever it is today that's gonna stop you from moving forward.
Whatever patterns,
Whatever behaviors that you used to have,
Whatever you're ready to release for today,
Allow yourself to breathe into that.
Honor it for what it is,
See it for what it is,
Feel it for what it is and release it either to the raging blue and purple flames of cleansing around you or the bottom of the floor into the ground.
Allowing your body to show you where some of these tensions and resistances may lie.
Breathe into those places and release them.
With every breath release more.
Good.
Another big breath.
Send that breath through every part of your body and release.
Listening to the vibration of the drum and allowing that to guide and to send your attention to different parts of your body as well.
You may notice as you release your shoulders just really relaxing.
So breathing in your desired outcome from the top and allowing that to expand through every single cell of your body.
Also noticing whatever resistances show up.
Breathing into that and release.
I want you to take this opportunity as well to call forth from deep within you if there are any things,
Any emotions,
Any resistances,
Any old past behaviors,
Any patterns,
Any unworthiness,
Feelings of I need to control everything,
Feelings of I might fall off the track.
Whatever those feelings are I want you to imagine it like a big black wind twirling out from within you as if there's a spaghetti that it can twist and turn and kind of come out from inside.
So whatever it is that you're holding just imagine all of it joining this twirling dark or whatever color it is that represents it for you twirling out of your body.
So send that attention and allow that twirl to twirl out.
You don't have to know specifically what it is but if you do connect with those energies or connect with those feelings and allow for that energy to twirl out.
Just imagine and visualize it coming out as you hold it in a space in front of you.
So with every breath allow that twirl to deepen and to come through.
Breathing into the places and the spaces where it's holding whatever is resisting,
Whatever it wants to be released.
Deep breath in and then as you exhale allowing those pieces to unlock themselves from you.
From breathe out into a black ball in front of you.
And as you breathe in breathe in that golden white energy,
Golden white light from above and as you breathe out breathe out that black energy into a ball and continue this with your deep breaths.
And with each breath go deeper.
Relaxing your belly breathing into that.
Breathing in and out.
Really allow yourself to let go.
Calling forth any parts of you that is ready to be finally let go of.
Any anxieties,
Feelings of I'm not good enough until I put attention on everything at once.
Feeling of I have to rush through things.
Feeling of I need to pressure myself.
Feelings of I need to,
I need to,
I have to,
I have to,
I should,
I should.
Any of those feelings that self pressure.
Breathe into them.
And let go.
And again.
I have to,
I have to,
This exactly needs to be done or else.
The part of you that threatens yourself,
The part of you that feels that you have to do it a certain way in order to get what I want.
That discipline master within you.
Have to be this way to be on purpose.
Have to look like this.
Have to achieve it in this way.
Just breathe into that and recognize for what it is.
It may serve you at one point in your life but it no longer needs to be this way.
That tension doesn't need to be there.
Release as much as you can.
As much as you want.
Because sometimes these feelings can trap us into feeling that we are our own prison.
Trapping ourselves in this belief that we have to do it a certain way.
A certain way is achievement or a certain way is success.
Release that burden that you put on yourself.
So you can receive a new one,
A different one.
One that truly fulfills you.
It may be slightly different,
Just a little subtly or maybe very different.
We have to release the old definitions in order to receive something different.
So breathe into all the parts of you that have maybe some older definitions of what you need to do in order to achieve.
Knowingly or unknowingly.
Stuff maybe from really long time ago.
Breathe into that.
And release.
Allow your shoulders to carry and breathe into the shoulders that whatever tensions,
Whatever feelings that your shoulders are carrying,
Breathe into those.
And also release it.
Release it.
And let it gently drop.
Whatever tension your face is holding,
Breathe into that.
Your brain tightly holding on to all the good things,
All the things that you want.
But also all the things that you put pressure on yourself for.
Knowingly or unknowingly.
Allowing that to be released as well.
Now you're back.
Notice any parts of your back that may not be fully relaxed.
I want you to take your breath and breathe in that golden white light as much as you can.
Deep breath into your entire back.
Flood your back with that healing light,
That healing energy.
And in your out breath,
Release any tensions,
Every molecule of every sensations out.
And keep doing this,
Flooding it with golden white light and releasing,
Blowing it on your own.
Deep breath in and out.
If there's any point of tension in your back,
You can put your focus on that point of soreness,
Of resistance,
Of tension,
Of density.
And you can breathe in with your attention on that particular point.
Imagine that golden white light going there,
Bringing in that source energy that you have within you.
And from that big column of light above you into that specific point.
And then as you release,
You can release that entire point.
So identify where that soreness and where that tension is and breathe in.
Into the fire.
Breathing in again.
Release.
Breathing in.
Breathing in.
Now breathing into the back of your neck,
The part that connects your head,
Shoulders,
And upper back.
Good.
Release and connect with the tension within there.
We hold a lot in there.
Breathing in.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Breathing in.
Relaxing your arms.
Realizing what you carry.
All the things you have to do,
All the feelings of,
All the responsibilities that you have.
And release tension as well.
And your triceps and your biceps.
Breathing in.
Now in your face and your jaw line,
We hold so much tension in our jaw.
I want you to connect that air from the 300 floors above into your jaw line.
Breathing into that as you release.
Giving your jaw a break to hold your mouth together.
Breathing in.
Breathing in.
In this space and in this place,
I want you to begin looking at that big black ball in front of you.
With your breath,
And you may even use your hands if you would like,
I want you to see you push that black ball into that blue and purple fire and then down into the earth past that fire.
So whenever you're ready,
Allowing your hands to wrap around that big black ball of all the stuff and the junk that was in you,
Think it for what it is,
Think it for being there because there's always a purpose why it was there.
And allow it to know that it no longer needs to be with you.
And you're ready to move on from this.
And whenever you are ready to shove it down,
Gently guide it towards the center of the earth.
And push it into the floor.
And with your breath,
Breathe out that blue and purple flame.
Breathe in that blue and purple flame.
And as you breathe out,
Push it down.
And burn it.
Go away into the center of the earth.
Breathing into that blue and purple cleansing flames again.
And breathe out and allowing that to fall into the earth as ashes back into the ground.
And again,
Breathing in blue and purple flames.
And allow everything in your body along with it to fall into the center of the earth.
Now I want you to connect with your center.
Your 10 out of 10 desired outcome,
Imagining yourself having that within your body from above.
So breathing in and welcoming the energies from your source above where your 10 out of 10 energy lies.
Receive it fully in every part of your body,
This new space that you've made and created in your body and receive it.
Fully open,
Fully in allowance,
Fully in embrace.
And as you breathe out,
Allow that to expand in every cell and every molecule of your body.
Feel it expand into your fingertips,
Into your legs,
Into the perimeter of your body.
And keep filling it up just like you're filling up a wheel or a balloon as you breathe into that white light.
And expand the sensation of 10 out of 10 in your desired outcome.
You may even notice it expand beyond the perimeter of your body into a bubble around you.
Allow that to fill it up.
Allow it to even fill up this entire room.
As you exhale,
Fill the entire room.
As you breathe in,
Expand again.
And fill up the entire city with this energy and this intention and this desired outcome.
As you breathe in again,
Fill the entire earth up,
Imagining it wrap around.
And resonating with all of those who could also use this.
Sending it to your apartment,
Sending it to your place of rest and work.
So you can also connect to this when you are in whatever place you are on this earth.
We're descending into the future of today.
And also creating that pillar of strength so that you can always connect to this,
Always allow this to flow into your body.
Trusting that this is exactly what it needs and what it takes to feel that 10 out of 10 desired outcome that you need.
Whenever you're connected from this place and the actions and the work that you do from this place has purpose,
Has relaxation and trust that it will work out.
You don't have to control.
Just stay connected.
And this natural sense of organization,
Breathe in.
And ground yourself into this space.
Now expand into the infinite universe.
Allowing this energy to just be.
Just be you.
Stretching yourself and your arms to the top.
You may put your arms side to side,
Gently allowing your back and your spine to also receive this.
Stretching all the way to the top.
And big circle around as you receive it more.
And again to the top.
Big circle around.
Wiggling your arms and maybe even shake it.
To just kind of be back in this place,
In this room.
Gently stretch any part of your body that you would like.
Just waking up everything.
And let it receive all the work that you have done today.
Gently giving yourself big appreciation,
So much gratitude for making that time for you today.
Sending your heart so much love.
And come back to the room.
Whenever you're ready you want to tune into your desired outcome and see how you feel right now from a scale of 1 to 10.
Write that down.
And also write down any insights that came to you.
Anything that you found particularly interesting,
Supportive.
Within your own practice.
Anything you noticed.
Anything that you thought was cool.
