Inhaling and exhaling everything out.

You can let your head and neck fall forward.

You can let your head and neck rock a little side to side.

Open and close your mouth.

And authentically start to meet what present time meditation looks like or feels like for you.

Staying wide open to the possibility that today it could be something very different in your experience.

And as you recognize that today offers newness,

Just meet that newness with a little levity,

A little playfulness,

A little kindergarten energy.

And you enter into your meditative space this evening without any expectations,

Like a curious,

Playful child.

Total permission to love up on whatever it is that you experience,

Recognize inside of yourself.

Continuing to invite your breath to deepen your consciousness.

Letting your breath be a close friend,

The closest of friends.

Inviting you inward.

Notice if there are any parts of the self that are in any resistance whatsoever to going more deeply inward and simply be kind.

Maybe entice those parts of yourself.

Breathe.

Simply by entering into this space,

You might notice that already there are places or spaces where your sweet self has been gripping.

That can start to loosen the grip.

And you soften.

Starting to create a present time grounding.

Today you can ground with anything that feels right to you.

Whatever you choose,

You're going to ground by connecting your grounding cord to the base of your spine,

Your lower back.

Your grounding cord will travel all the layers and all the textures,

The fragrances and the frequencies of our beloved home earth.

Noticing how beautiful your relationship to the earth can be.

The moment that you connect to it.

That it's always here supporting you.

Holding you.

Invite your grounding cord to connect into the center of the earth.

Root chakra to root chakra.

And just start to appreciate and experience the exchange that is available to you in present time.

Simply by energetically connecting to our beloved planet earth.

Letting the gravity release,

Shed,

Make compost of any survival energy that has been activated in your lower body.

That is ready to release.

Any survival energy that is not yours or is no longer serving you.

Anything that exists that's not up to this moment.

And we can have gratitude for what we're releasing while simultaneously letting it go.

Just take your time with this.

Breathing long and deep.

Creating more space for yourself to be in deeper relationship with your wisdom.

Creating space for you to be in deeper relationship with your knowing.

Stabilizing yourself.

When we become stable in our knowing,

It becomes harder to manipulate us.

It becomes harder to be fooled or tricked.

It doesn't mean we'll always be perfect at it.

It just means we get to practice stabilizing our systems.

And breathe as you practice this.

Noticing that authentic stability is actually quite fluid.

It's actually quite alive in nature.

It's not rigid.

It's not hard.

And breathe.

Notice where you can take up more space with all of this.

Can you let your grounding cord be even larger?

Can you let your grounding cord root even more deeply into the center of the earth?

Make friends with the ecosystem.

Bring your awareness into your capacity to shed.

Perhaps you can even shed energy from your belly and your heart and your throat and your head.

And notice the space in your belly.

And without judgment,

Just observe.

How's your creative energy?

How's your healing energy?

Are you gripping?

Is it wiry?

Have you been going off and healing people in your sleep or healing the world through your little body?

Have you been worried?

Have you been anxious?

And I'd like for you to imagine just bringing fresh,

Clean,

Sparkly energy into your belly space and just offering a healing.

Soothing,

If you will.

Directly into your belly.

Have your intestines been trying to digest things that are indigestible,

Energetically indigestible?

Can you let this fresh,

Clean energy just open,

Release,

Soothe?

Maybe you notice some more gunk going down and out your grounding cord.

More room available to you.

So maybe you notice that there might be a tap of energy that you can open that is giving you permission to circulate your own healing energy and your own creative energy around inside of your own body,

Your own being.

And just notice if there's any confusion here.

And if you have confusion,

Start to release it down now.

And if there are aspects of the confusion that want to be said hello to,

Just say hello.

You can get into a little bit of a conversation,

An energetic conversation.

And you can ask any confusion in your belly or your lower chakras to ground and calm.

Beautiful.

And take a few long,

Deep breaths here.

And continue to allow that process to happen as you bring your awareness up to your heart.

Just say hello to your heart space and the energy in your heart in the present time.

Play with your awareness around what's ready to release and what's ready to be tended to.

Notice if you can know this in your energetic wisdom without analyzing.

Can you just simply say hello to your heart and trust in your knowing,

Releasing effort.

If you get into a pocket of effort,

Just notice how you can soften around it.

Maybe giggle a little bit at yourself or see if you can take your efforting a little less seriously.

And if it will open for you.

The grief,

The fear,

The sadness that is ready to be released so you can have your heart's wisdom more deeply.

Letting it draw down and out your grounding cord.

I want you to imagine,

Sense or feel a beautiful pink bubble out in front of your heart.

Just let this beautiful pink bubble draw out anything that you're ready to release in this moment.

And breathe as you cultivate more space.

When you're ready,

You can send that pink bubble out and let it pop.

We're going to create another bubble right in front of our throat.

And just invite this bubble to draw out any fear or overwhelm around saying the right thing.

Having the right words.

Any places where you're holding restriction in your throat.

Breathe as you cultivate more space in your throat.

In your communication.

As you gain more permission to be authentic to who you are.

To speak kindly,

Truthfully,

Authentically.

Now we're going to bring our awareness above our heads.

And we're going to draw in fresh,

Clean energy that belongs uniquely to you.

There may be parts of yourself that are coming online here and now.

That are ready to really integrate into the truth of your being in present time.

And so breathe long and deep as you receive this fresh,

Clean,

Spacious energy.

Into your whole body,

Your whole being.

Into all of the spaces where you released.

Letting this fresh energy be very deeply healing.

Energy for your whole body,

Your whole being.

Really validating your growth.

Validating the steps that you're taking even in this moment.

Validating the deepening of your awareness.

Around the space in which you occupy on the planet.

Drawing in the most supportive energy for you today.

And breathe long and deep as you receive this energy on a molecular level.

For a moment,

Acknowledge your alignment at this moment.

See yourself connected to the earth.

Connected to this opening.

And validate the beauty of your alignment.

When you're ready,

You can stretch a little bit.

Moving very gently to come out of meditation.

And if you need to move into some self-reflection.

Giving yourself what you need as you step into the next part.
