The day is done and it's time for sleep.
Anything that you needed to do has been done,
So let's just take this moment to put our to-do lists outside of our space.
You can imagine a big bubble out in front of you and just allow yourself to put your to-do list into this bubble,
Trusting that you can pick it back up tomorrow when it's time.
Allow all of the energy of the day to be taken out of your space and put into this bubble.
And breathe as you do this,
Letting energy from your mind,
From your throat,
From your heart,
From your belly,
Move out of your physical space and into this big bubble out in front of you.
And this bubble is a friendly bubble.
It's a kind and unjudgmental bubble and it will just take whatever it is that you need to give it.
Happily and with a lot of neutrality,
You can just trust that whatever is done for this day can go into that bubble.
And then allow that bubble to float up and out of your room and of your space and maybe send it away out over the ocean and let it pop.
Make your body extremely comfortable.
Rest your head,
Stretch your jaw,
Stretch your fingers,
Wiggle your toes and start to really close down your eyes,
Deepening your breath,
Allowing your breath to call you into present moment,
Call you into the stillness and the beauty of bedtime.
Thinking about how lucky you are to have a safe space to rest your head.
Bring in some appreciation for where you are in this moment.
We're so lucky to live in a time where we can call upon a friend to help us go to sleep.
And I am so happy to be here with you,
Supporting you as you journey inward into your sleep.
Start to really tune in with gravity,
Allowing gravity to carry some of the weight,
Some of the stress in your physical body down and out.
You can imagine a big,
Beautiful tree underneath you,
Connected to the bottom of your spine,
Your lower back,
Reaching down through all the layers and the textures and the fragrances and the colors of the earth,
Letting this big,
Beautiful tree ground into the center of the planet and support you completely as you move into this very important part of your day,
Of your night,
Of our lives as human beings.
Allowing this rest,
This regeneration to move into your space as you let go of any tension,
Any holding,
Any tightness in your back,
In your belly,
In your heart.
Let your heart rest here.
And maybe you need to take some more deep breaths,
Really observing and validating the space for rest,
Resting in your heart.
Allow any tension,
Any tightness to melt away,
Letting your heart rest completely in this moment.
And if there's any resistance,
Any struggle,
Any strain,
That's okay.
Let's be friendly with yourself as you peel back the layers,
As you welcome yourself into this next phase.
Opening your heart and the need for rest,
Need for balance.
Allow your throat to open,
Your jaw to release,
Your teeth to melt and the space between your teeth to relax.
The roof of your mouth can open like a sunroof and allow the spaciousness in your jaw.
Notice if you're ready to release some more tension down and out,
That big beautiful tree.
You can simply give your tightness,
Your tension to the earth and let the earth make compost,
Trusting without even naming what it is,
Trusting that you can just release it.
Allow your sinuses to open,
Your ears to open and relax,
Your eye sockets to open and relax,
Your eyeballs to open and relax,
Your eyelids to open.
Letting any tension,
Any holding down the back of your skull and down and out to the center of your head,
Opening it up.
Open up the windows and the doors.
Open up the space in the center of your head.
Let any clutter,
Confusion,
Overwhelm just melt down and out.
Inviting spaciousness,
Calm,
Nourishment.
Invite in clarity.
Allow rest to occupy the space inside of your head.
Allow calm to fill the center of your head.
Maybe it looks like a color.
Maybe it looks like a beautiful place that always brings you calm.
Maybe it looks like sitting in peace.
Allow this calm to move in and fill up your space.
Allow your calm to be beautiful and open,
Releasing any effort.
Feeling the top of your head,
Your forehead,
Relaxing and releasing and enjoying the sensation of gravity.
You are safe.
You are held.
You are connected.
See yourself held completely by this big,
Beautiful tree grounded into the center of the planet,
Safe in your bed,
Allowing yourself to melt into the moment and just melt.
Sweet dreams.
You are so loved.
You are so safe.
You are so cherished and held.
