This is a guided meditation that will help you settle and calm yourself. Together we will connect to the earth, our own fresh and clean energy, and clear mental clutter. This can be done sitting comfortably up in a chair with your feet on the ground.

Hello dear one.

Find yourself in a comfortable seated position.

Feet are on the ground.

Spine is relaxed and supported in a chair and a cushion.

Start to lengthen and deepen your breath.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Magnetizing your whole self into the present moment.

Being friendly with yourself as you arrive.

Validating that you've carved out this time for yourself to get still,

To ground,

To check in.

So as you deepen your breath,

Just check in with yourself.

How you doing?

See if you can bring some love,

Some levity,

Some appreciation into yourself,

Into this present moment.

And maybe you want to let out a sigh,

Allowing the future or the past to simply exist outside of this space.

Allowing yourself to find your authentic stillness.

Letting yourself rest in the present moment.

And I'd like for you to imagine,

Sense,

Or feel a big beautiful grounding cord.

Maybe today you want to work with something you've used before.

Maybe you like to ground with a tree trunk or a waterfall.

It's really up to you what you feel like using.

You might surprise yourself.

Maybe you want to ground with something you've never seen before,

Like a whale tail or a rainbow.

Whatever you feel like grounding with today,

Just allow your grounding cord to merge with the base of your spine and travel down through all the layers and the textures and the colors and even the fragrances of the earth.

Let your grounding cord reach all the way down into the center of the planet and get nice and wide.

Let your grounding cord get wider than your hips in all directions.

And just start to notice.

You open that space up for yourself,

Your own unique connection to the planet.

Maybe you feel a little extra gravity.

Maybe there is a softening in your belly.

Can you surrender any places where you've been holding tension in your belly,

In your lower back,

In your kidneys,

In your hips?

Simply give this weight,

This tension,

To your grounding cord.

And allow your grounding cord to bring it down and out into the planet,

Making compost,

Releasing whatever it is that you're ready to let go of.

And just trust.

You don't have to name it.

You don't even have to know what it is.

You can just trust that the grounding cord is helping you release.

Beautiful.

And surrendering.

And notice if there's any effort that you can let go of.

Is there any tension around your heart,

Any tightness or smallness or exhaustion around your lungs that can also simply just melt down and out your grounding cord?

And maybe you want to just take another deep breath here.

Notice this relaxation moving up into your throat,

Allowing any tightness,

Any holding around your throat,

Your jaw,

Your teeth to simply melt down and out,

Giving any tension down and out your grounding cord.

And notice that your grounding cord can be flexible,

It can be fluid,

It can be open,

While also being strong,

While also supporting you.

Having the quality of flexibility and allowing this quality to open up into curiosity.

Staying flexible in your grounding cord,

Opening out flexibility in your mind,

Curiosity in your heart,

In your body space.

Breathe and allow any tension or tightness from around your spine to move down and out your grounding cord,

The back of your skull.

And maybe you want to open your mouth a little bit,

Stick out your tongue.

Maybe it feels good to stretch your head and neck a little bit.

And bring your awareness up into the center of your head,

Trusting that your grounding cord will continue to do what it's meant to do.

And allowing your center of head to start to open up as well.

And you can imagine a trapdoor in the bottom of your mind,

In the bottom of your skull,

In the bottom of the center of your head.

And just simply have this trapdoor open up,

Just allowing any mental clutter to simply move down and out,

Out of that trapdoor,

Down through your body and out your grounding cord.

And if you want to,

You can take out a broom and sweep out the center of your head,

Allowing more spaciousness and upgrade to the center of your head.

You might laugh,

There might be some funny things in there,

Some old things that you thought you got rid of a long time ago might still be hanging out in the center of your head.

And that's okay.

Just simply sweep it down and out,

Trusting that whatever is ready to release from your space in this time is in process.

Trusting that what you need to know,

What you need to see,

You are seeing,

You are knowing.

What can simply be released can be released without any effort.

Maybe you even want to release effort down and out your grounding cord.

Giving yourself the gift of a refresh in the center of your head.

Beautiful.

When you're ready,

You can even toss your broom or your feather duster out.

You can close that trapdoor at the center of your head and simply look around.

You can start to set up the center of your head how it feels good to you,

Letting it be bright and open.

Maybe you want to put a chair in the center of your head and have a seat and take in all of this clear space you just created.

And let yourself fill in with appreciation.

Let yourself fill in with some lightness,

With some levity.

And as you take your throne at the center of head or your chair or your seat,

You can imagine,

Sense,

Or feel that there are windows out in front with a big open view.

This view can be anything you want it to be.

It can be the mountains or the ocean.

Just let this view be beautiful,

Inspiring,

Comforting to you.

Just take a few moments to enjoy the view,

Feeling yourself aligned,

Feeling yourself connected to the planet with a clear and open center of head and a comfortable space to reside inside of yourself.

Yeah,

That's nice.

And so from this place,

I'd like for you to imagine,

Sense,

Or feel a big beautiful bubble above your head and start to call in energy from the center of the universe that belongs uniquely to you.

Calling in creativity,

Neutrality,

Harmony,

Gifting yourself your own energy.

This energy that belongs uniquely to you,

Calling it in to your unique location and allowing this bubble to really fill up with nourishment.

Trusting that even without naming it,

This energy knows what you need and is ready and always abundantly available to provide you with what you need.

This universal energy,

This life force energy that flows through everything,

The energy that creates worlds is available for you.

There is a limitless supply here for you.

So let your bubble get nice and big,

Bigger than anything you've ever gifted yourself before.

Let it be shimmery and sparkly and alive.

And when you're ready,

Bring this energy bubble in through the top of your head,

Into your crown,

Into the top of your head,

And allow it to move down into your whole body,

Your whole being.

Bringing that fresh energy into you,

Gifting yourself that nourishment.

Bring it into your jaw and your ears and your eyes and your brain.

You can see this delicious and clean,

Fresh energy going between the folds in your brain and your neuropathways,

In your bones,

In the marrow,

In your blood.

Bring it all the way down into your vital organs,

Giving yourself a refresh in the tiniest molecules of your being and the broadest aspects of you.

Every part of you.

Receive this energy and breathe as you do this.

And maybe you want to let out a sigh.

Maybe it feels really good and making sure you're giving this energy to your intestines,

To your gut,

To your belly.

Every part of your being.

All the way down your legs,

All the way to the tips of your toes.

And you can even allow some of this fresh energy to move down your grounding cord,

Even giving your grounding cord a healing.

And allowing there to be so much nourishing energy brought into your being that it can even start to kind of move outside of you,

Creating a bubble around you.

And just for a moment,

Take in the view of you,

Seeing yourself connected to the earth with a refresh and upgraded system,

With a clear mind,

An open heart,

An open throat,

With a big beautiful auric field,

All refreshed and cleaned from this time together.

And when you're ready,

You can stretch and wiggle your fingers and toes a little bit.

You can start to come out of meditation,

Just really feeling your heart centered in love and gratitude and spaciousness.
