The day is done and it's time to rest.

Take some deep breaths as you lay down and get really,

Really comfortable.

Closing down any tasks of the day.

Turning down the lights and feeling yourself held by your bed.

Allow yourself to feel gratitude.

Gratitude for this moment.

Gratitude that you have a safe and comfortable place to lay your head.

Gratitude for the day.

Feel thankful for your pillow.

Just allow yourself to find paying attention to your breath moving in and out.

Paying attention to the sensation of being held.

Letting anything that disrupts that.

Imagine your bed and your body grounded and connected to the earth.

Using a big beautiful tree.

See this tree connect to your body and travel all the way down through the layers and the texture and the fragrances of our home,

Mother Earth.

Feel yourself connected and supported by this incredible and beautiful planet that we get to call home.

Feel the essence of her love and her support as you really let yourself settle.

Settling into rest.

Trusting that everything that needed to be done today was done.

And anything that needs to happen tomorrow will align in perfect harmony.

Bringing spaciousness to your breath.

Feeling gravity.

Dropping anything you're ready to release down and out.

Letting your mind be at ease.

Taking some long deep breaths.

Enjoying your ease.

Relax your head,

Your ears,

Your jaw,

Your mind start to melt away.

Relax your throat,

Your chest.

See your heart soft and open.

Relaxed,

Safe and supported.

Letting your heart rest in this moment.

Letting your lungs rest and open.

Relax your ribs and your ribcage,

Your spine,

The muscles around your spine.

Relax your belly,

Your hips.

Letting your belly soften and allowing any tension from the day to simply melt out of the space.

Down and out that grounding core.

Breathing as you deepen your trust.

Trusting this relaxation to carry you into a deep and regenerative sleep.

Trusting that you are in your perfect timing,

That you are in your right place,

And that it is time to rest.

Allowing your hips to melt,

Your ankles to open and melt,

Your feet to soften.

Feeling yourself held completely.

Surrendering to your healing sleep.

Welcome the sensation of deep and peaceful slumber.

To open and move your whole being.

You are loved,

You are safe.

While you sleep,

You will receive a healing.

Your body and your mind will have the space to regenerate and to heal.
