The day is done,
And it's time to sleep,
So go ahead and get yourself really comfortable.
Letting your entire body,
Allow yourself to be held,
Nourished,
Nurtured in this moment.
And start to take some deep breaths,
Closing your eyes.
Relax your feet,
Wiggle your toes,
And then let your feet get heavy.
Relax your ankles and your calves.
Relax your knees,
And let any stress or worry or overwhelm just drop down and out of your knees.
Relax your thighs.
Relax your hips and your lower back.
Letting your hips open,
Letting your back release any tension,
Any holding.
Let your breath get long and slow as you drop into this moment,
Relaxing,
Setting any tension,
Any holding,
Any tightness from around your belly,
Your intestines,
Setting it free,
Allowing your breath to deepen into your belly,
Allowing the day to fall away.
Release and relax your ribcage,
Your spine,
Your heart.
Take a moment to really set your heart to rest,
Allowing your heart to rest inside of your chest,
Inside of this moment.
Letting yourself appreciate how held,
How safe,
How loved you are in this moment.
Allow your spine to release any tension.
Maybe you want to see this tension fall away down through your bed,
Down into the earth and let it go.
Nothing to do and nowhere to go in this moment,
But just be.
Letting your heart open and be soft,
Your throat to open and be soft,
The back of your skull.
Let it open.
Like flowers blossoming in the night,
Allow the back of your skull to open up and release any tension,
Any holding.
Allow your brain to relax.
The space between your eyes can get light and open.
Your face can relax,
Your teeth,
Your tongue,
Your throat,
Your jaw.
The roof of your mouth can open and get wide,
Releasing any tightness,
Any tension.
Notice if relaxing your mouth opens your throat,
Opens your heart,
Opens your belly,
Opens your knees,
Your back,
Your ankles,
Your feet.
Relax your eyes,
Relax your eyebrows and even relax all the little hairs in your eyebrows,
The space between.
Relax the top of your head,
Your forehead,
Your ears.
Relax the inside of your ears.
Relax the side of your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your elbows,
Your arms,
Your ankles,
Your wrists,
Your hands,
Your feet.
Take a moment to feel the channels of your body open up.
Allowing this restful energy to circulate all throughout your body.
Calling in some fresh reset.
Calling in balance,
Harmony,
Letting your life,
Your body,
Your mind rest.
And trusting that in this rest you have everything that you need.
Call in healing energy into your space and just trust this healing energy,
This nourishment.
Begin to receive nourishment,
Balance,
Calm into your whole body,
Your whole being.
Receive this nourishment into the deepest parts of yourself.
Receive your balance,
Your wellness,
Your health into your body,
Into your being.
Relaxing and recovering your cells,
