In your right time and pace,
Making your way to a comfortable position for today's imaginative journey.
Perhaps you might like to do this practice lying down or maybe seated.
Taking a few extra moments to create the right support for you right now.
Whether that's grabbing an extra pillow or an eye mask,
Maybe turning off the notifications on your phone or maybe closing a door so that you can have these next moments just for you.
As you begin to settle in,
Taking a few breaths,
Maybe breathing in through the nose and audibly sighing out through the mouth.
Maybe taking two more breaths just like that,
Breathing in through the nose,
Audibly sighing out through the mouth.
And maybe one more breath in through the nose,
An audible sigh out through the mouth.
And then returning to your natural breath in and out of the nose and slowly starting to become more aware of the parts of the body that are making contact with the support underneath you.
Seeing if you might be able to soften and relax into those points of contact,
Even if it's just a little bit as we're getting started here.
And then slowly beginning to bring your awareness to the breath again and beginning to connect with the cyclical nature of you.
Noticing the belly and the chest rise and expand as you inhale.
Noticing the chest and the belly slowly moving back in towards the spine as you exhale.
As you inhale,
Maybe connecting with this idea of filling up,
Of fresh energy,
Of inspiration.
As you reach the top,
Maybe connecting with this idea of fullness,
Of a peak.
As you exhale,
Maybe connecting with this idea of letting go,
Of creating space.
And as you reach the bottom of that exhale,
Maybe connecting with this idea of a pause,
An emptiness.
Maybe taking a few breaths here,
Observing the rise,
The peak,
The fall,
And the pause.
After becoming more attuned to your cyclical nature,
Maybe you can soften and relax into those points of support a little bit more.
And seeing if you can continue staying with the support and with the cyclical nature as we begin our journey today.
This journey where you are invited to connect with your inner chrome.
In your right time and way,
I invite you to see all the phases of your life cycle before you.
There's the early childhood and the teen years of your life in your tender spring and maiden years when you were born,
Grew up,
And first began to bleed if you have a bleeding body.
And then seeing the cyclical power and creativity of your inner summer,
Your mother years,
Where you are experiencing the rhythm of having a menstrual cycle if you have one,
And the refinement and the maturity that happens afterwards as you move towards menopause and beyond into your inner autumn and enchantress years and then further along into your winter,
Your chrome phase where the cycle is completed.
The years of wisdom,
Authority,
And the nearing end of your life.
I'm taking a moment to notice what you observe within yourself as you take in your own life cycle.
You noticing anything about the flow of your life or about each phase?
How about the phase you are in now?
Taking some time here with that.
We'll slowly begin to prepare to meet your inner chrome.
And as we do,
Perhaps feeling into an intention for this meeting.
Do you have a question?
And is there something you'd like more guidance on when it comes to your cycle,
Your life?
I'm now going to invite you to journey into the winter phase of your life where you will meet your chrome self.
Taking a breath in and perhaps on your next breath out,
Finding yourself in the winter phase of your life.
And notice what you are observing in your environment.
Taking a few breaths here as you really take this in.
Eventually you see yourself in your chrome years.
Wise.
Aged.
Noticing how you appear.
Noticing what you are doing.
Where are you?
What is your energy like?
Who are you with?
Using the next breaths to observe and notice yourself.
As you continue to take this in,
Perhaps noticing any feelings or sensations or emotions that might arise within you as you bear witness.
Taking a few breaths with any sensations or emotions or feelings that you may be noticing.
Breathing in and meeting them with your breath,
With your presence,
With your acknowledgement.
You are now going to meet your chrome self.
She has noticed you and she desires to connect with you.
And you're right pace beginning to gently make your way towards her now.
As she begins to make her way towards you.
And I'm going to be quiet for a little bit while you meet and share what needs to be shared.
Is there a reflection,
A message or a gift that she would like to share?
With you.
Is there something that you would like to share with her?
Taking your time here in each other's company and I'll check back in again soon.
It'll soon be time to part ways.
But it's certainly not goodbye.
This part of you exists always within you and communication is possible whenever you desire it.
Taking some time now to express your gratitude.
And any other final words that you might like to share with your chrome self.
Perhaps she would like to offer a goodbye,
A gratitude to you too.
And in your right time bidding farewell to your chrome self.
And taking with you any of the gifts or messages she had for you.
Slowly beginning to make your way back to the cycle of your life.
Where you began your journey.
And perhaps noticing once more the flow of your life and each of its phases.
Maybe noticing if something has changed or perhaps if it stayed the same.
Taking a breath or two with what is present as you arrive here.
Back to the cycles of your life.
Eventually making your way back to where you are today.
And the cycle of your life that you are in now.
And as you arrive here maybe reminding yourself of how old you are.
And coming back into this present place,
This present time.
Noticing again the parts of the body that are making contact with the support underneath you.
And as you arrive here again in this present moment noticing what you notice.
Maybe there's a sensation or a quality that you can sense here.
Perhaps you removed,
Perhaps there's been some emotion.
Maybe a tenderness or maybe a new wave of energy of inspiration and curiosity.
Taking a moment here to let that land.
And going really gently out of this exploration today.
If you have time it might be nice to journal about any of the insights,
About the experience that you've had here today.
You also might be inspired to create a piece of artwork.
Or maybe there's an action that you might be feeling inspired to take in this moment.
So maybe taking note of that too.
And eventually in your right time and pace coming out of whatever position you've chosen to do this journey in today.
And when you feel ready entering back into your day-to-day.
And going gently as you do.
