By grounding into the physical, earthly, and spiritual layers of support, you’ll create a foundation of resilience to carry with you on your journey. Begin each day rooted in this practice to strengthen your sense of safety, connection, and inner power as you heal. You are held, you are supported, and you are never alone.

In your right time and pace,

I invite you to make your way to whatever comfortable position you would like to meditate in today.

Whether that's seated,

Lying down,

Or perhaps maybe even standing.

Right away,

Taking a moment here to really notice that physical support underneath you.

Noticing the parts of the body that are making contact with that physical surface.

And maybe seeing what it would be like here to soften and relax into that physical support.

Even if it's just a little bit.

And then slowly,

As you feel ready,

If you feel ready,

Maybe allowing this very physical support to maybe be a direct connection to the support of the earth.

The planet that we live on that provides us with air,

Water,

Sunshine.

Seeing what it would be like to soften and relax into the support of the earth.

Maybe noticing gravity keeping you on the ground.

Taking a few mindful breaths here to really soak this in.

And then maybe allowing this support of the earth to also be a connection to this unseen support.

I like to call it a greater intelligence.

It's what allows the grass to grow,

The moon to move through her faces.

And I believe this is the same intelligence that also allows our heart to beat and our lungs to breathe without any forcing or striving or pushing or trying to make anything happen.

It all just happens.

It all just is.

And so seeing what it would be like to maybe soften into this unseen support.

Maybe noticing yourself take a deeper breath here.

And then taking a moment here to sense into all of these layers of support.

So this very physical support of this earthly support that holds us,

Keeps us from floating away into space.

And then this unseen support,

This greater intelligence.

Taking three to four deep breaths.

Soaking in all of this support.

And as you do,

Maybe seeing if there's anywhere that you can soften and relax even just a little bit more.

Feeling free to come back to this practice anytime you need to reconnect with these layers of support to help give you the resilience and the strength and the courage.
