This is your two minute reset,
A tiny pause in your day to come back to yourself.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in,
Let it fill your belly like a warm balloon,
And then exhale gently like you're sighing out the whole day.
One more in,
And out.
Let your shoulders soften like they've just remembered they don't need to hold the world.
Let them melt like butter on warm toast.
Whatever you've been carrying,
You have permission to set it down.
You don't need to be productive in this moment,
You don't need to fix anything.
Just let yourself melt.
Into breath,
Into stillness,
Into now.
Feel the ground supporting you like the earth is saying,
I got you.
Feel the air brushing your skin,
Reminding you you're alive.
Notice the space all around you,
Wide,
Open,
Enough.
Take one more full inhale,
And a long releasing exhale.
You've reset,
You've arrived.
Carry this softness with you,
And remember,
Your world won't fall apart if you unclench a little,
And if it does,
It wasn't worth it anyway.
If you enjoyed this little reset,
Hit follow so we can breathe,
Laugh and unwind together again soon.
Until then,
Go well.
