When your mind races and your body tightens, this one-minute meditation invites you to soften back into flow. Breathe with the rhythm of the river. Let it hold what feels heavy, wash through what no longer needs to stay, and carry you gently toward calm. All you need is one mind with the river to remember.

Let's remember together,

Wild one.

Imagine a river.

Cool.

Steady.

Alive.

It's been flowing long before you arrived here.

Let your breath move like that.

In.

And out.

Not forced,

Just flowing like the current.

Notice where you're tight,

And let the river touch it.

Let it wash through the edges of your chest,

Around your ribs,

Behind your eyes.

You don't have to hold the whole world right now.

Just float.

The river remembers how to carry you.

Now feel your feet or the weight of your body where you are.

Notice the air on your skin.

Take one more slow breath in.

And then as you exhale,

Bring the calm of the river back with you.
