Letting the air fill your belly like a balloon and exhale gently like the wind brushing through the leaves.

Now let your shoulders melt away from your ears.

Let this next inhale arrive with ease.

And then as you breathe out,

Allow yourself to detach from your thoughts.

Put them down for a moment,

Just a moment.

And then let them go like the clouds in a wide sky.

There is nothing to fix right now.

No story to carry.

Only this breath,
