The mountain doesn’t shake when the wind comes. You don't have to either. This one-minute practice anchors you back into that mountain energy through your body, your breath, your presence. Feel your strength beneath the surface, the quiet steadiness that remains even when life moves wildly around you. A moment to remember your unmoving centre.

Hello wild one.

Let's take a slow,

Deep breath in.

Feel your body.

The rise and fall.

And on the exhale,

Feel the weight.

And imagine a mountain.

Strong.

Still.

The weather moves across it.

The clouds,

The wind,

The rain.

But the mountain remains.

Whatever is swirling inside you right now.

Thoughts.

Worries.

Noise.

Let them pass across your surface.

You don't need to chase or fix them.

Just stay.

Breathe down into your base.

Your hips.

Your legs.

Your feet.

Feel the quiet power that lives there.

You are not the storm.

You are the ground beneath it.

Now gently bring your awareness back to the room.

Open your eyes.

See what is still.

Notice the steadiness in you.

Carry that stillness with you.

Really grounding and very positive. How did you manage that in just a minute? Thank you!
