The words of each affirmation as you feel that in your body.
You can start by getting comfortable maybe stretching out a bit beforehand and from where you are allowing your shoulders to drop.
Maybe letting your lower extremities melt into the floor.
Allowing your throat to soften.
Your heart to open.
Your forehead muscles relaxing.
Your jaw unhinging.
Just becoming relaxed.
Now at any moment if you find your focus on any thoughts you can come back to the breath and use that as your anchor.
