Today,
We're going to do a short meditation for calling back your power.
What is power but an internal state?
It is not outside of ourselves.
And when it is that we feel power,
What we truly feel is open,
No longer resisting the external,
And we take radical responsibility for what we feel inside.
So with this practice today,
I'll invite you to start by just getting very comfortable and start by taking a few easy breaths into your body,
Letting yourself get settled,
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the eyes,
The eye muscles,
The forehead,
And gradually begin to let your own breath deepen into your own physical body,
Inviting each breath to anchor a little bit deeper into the body,
Letting the organs of the stomach fill with breath,
Letting the hips fill with breath,
Letting the breath reach so deep that it moves down into the feet,
Down into the toes,
That it fills the back of the chest,
Of the heart,
The back of the head,
The whole back,
The whole front of the body filled with breath.
And in this moment,
I invite you to imagine in the center of your chest,
Or just below your chest in your solar plexus,
Is a beautiful golden ball of light.
And this beautiful golden ball is like a magnet,
And what this magnet does is it calls back all your soul parts from all time,
All places,
All dimensions,
Where you have invested thought into worry,
Into fear,
Into stress,
Into anything that is not of your highest good.
So with each breath in,
Invite in this energy,
Call your energy back,
Feeling,
Starting to sense this golden ball getting bigger and bigger and bigger,
Eventually feeling or sensing this golden ball expanding beyond your physical body,
Enveloping you in an aura of golden light.
You may notice old feelings,
Old emotions from when you may have abandoned your power or left your power behind.
Notice that.
It is okay.
Continue breathing,
Letting this golden ball grow bigger.
Breathing in and out,
Feel what it's like to be anchored in your power,
Continuing to magnetize your energy,
Your inner connection,
Keeping your awareness or bringing your awareness to the low body,
Noticing your connection to the seat beneath you as you continue to call your energy back.
As you continue breathing,
Beginning to just allow your energy to really flow.
As we start to close this meditation,
We'll close with a couple questions.
What would it look and feel like to move with this level of ease and power in all my interactions?
What would it look like to move with this level of ease and power in all my interactions?
What would it look like to show up in my life knowing that I belong?
What would it look like showing up in my life knowing that I belong?
From here we'll go ahead and just imagine for a moment a beautiful stream of white light coming down from God's source spirit,
Maybe your higher self,
The universe,
And take a deep breath in,
Allow that white light to fill your body and to anchor down into the earth,
And exhale,
Sigh it out.
Again take another deep breath in,
Filling your body and sigh it out again,
And we'll do that one more time,
Taking that deep breath in,
Sigh it out,
And internally or aloud repeat after me,
I am open to my true power.
I am open to my true power.

I am infinitely enough.
