So today we'll be doing a meditation to begin the morning.
So you might want to take a moment to pause this audio and set up your space.
Maybe light a candle or an incense if you feel called to.
You might want to hold a crystal.
And when you're ready I invite you to just find yourself comfortably relaxed in your seat.
And when you feel called to,
I just invite you to softly close the eyes.
To relax ourselves a little bit more,
I'm going to invite you to squeeze the muscles in your face as tight as you can.
And you can release that when you're ready,
Slowly letting your face just completely relax,
Jaw included.
Take a moment,
Bring your shoulders to your ears.
Hold them here for a moment.
And just softly and slowly let them fall down,
Maybe finding your hands facing up in your lap,
Open and ready to receive.
So we'll be starting with the body scan.
So I invite you to bring your attention to your right foot,
The toes of the right foot,
In between the toes,
The top of the right foot,
The sole of the right foot,
Right heel,
Right ankle,
Right calf,
The right knee,
Right thigh,
Right hip.
And bring yourself to the left toes,
In between the toes on the left foot,
The top of the foot,
The sole of the left foot,
The left heel,
Left ankle,
Left calf,
Left knee,
Left thigh,
Left hip,
The buttocks,
The lower back,
The waist,
The lower belly,
The lower back,
The upper navel area,
The left ribs,
The right ribs,
The sternum,
The mid-back,
The lower back,
The upper back,
The shoulders,
The left arm,
The right arm,
The left elbow,
The right elbow.
Can circle your awareness around both of your wrists.
Move your awareness to the palms of the hands,
The thumbs,
Index fingers,
Middle fingers,
Fourth fingers,
Fifth fingers,
Back up to the shoulders,
The neck,
Back of the neck,
The back of the head,
The scalp,
The forehead,
The left eyebrow,
The right eyebrow,
The point between the eyebrows,
The left eye,
The right eye,
Both eyes together,
The nose,
The teeth,
The tongue,
The top lip,
And the bottom lip,
The inside of the left cheek,
And the inside of the right cheek,
The back of the throat,
The left ear,
And the right ear,
Both ears together.
See if you can go a little deeper down the ear canal.
Take a moment to notice all the sounds you hear.
And to close this meditation,
I just invite you to set an intention for your day.
This could be to be centered,
To share joy,
To feel abundant.
You can take a moment to set that.
And from here,
You can just take a moment to envision above your head is an immense golden sun.
Can feel the warmth of it.
It's golden shimmers above you as you call your soul back in this very moment from all time,
Space,
And dimensions,
Can draw that sun down into your head and let it fill your entire body and aura,
Letting it fill the torso,
The legs,
Until you're encased in an orb of golden light.
From here,
I invite you to take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
I invite you to take your time as you come out of this state.
