This morning,
We're going to just take a few moments to allow ourselves to set our intentions for the day.
So I'm going to invite you to sit somewhere comfortably,
Maybe close your eyes if that feels good.
And we're going to allow ourselves to just come to our breath.
Gentle inhale and exhale in and out through our nose,
Just keeping the breath nice and comfortable,
Nice and steady.
Once we get a nice pace of breath,
That rhythm of the breath,
Let's start to think about something that we would like to maybe achieve.
Or maybe something we'd like to carry with us as a intention for today.
It may be a task you need to do,
Perhaps a feeling you would like to retain.
Just allow for your intention to arise quite naturally.
And let's take a moment to maybe visualise ourselves achieving or doing that task or visualise ourselves with that feeling.
So keeping the intention with you,
That day's intention,
Let's allow ourselves to seal in that intention.
So let's come back to our breath and maybe silently repeat what your intention is for today as you allow your inhales and exhales to just gently flow.
Rather than using the future tense,
Use the present tense.
I am feeling positive,
For example.
Let's take a few more breaths.
Just allowing that intention to be sealed within us for the rest of the day and then allowing for your breaths to just wander from the attention and come back to the here and the now.
