Sit or lie down in a comfortable position,
Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your body,
To the present moment.
Taking a few deep breaths breathing in through the nose,
Deeply into the belly,
Expanding the belly with each inhalation and using your exhalation to let go of any tension,
Any thoughts,
Any stress.
Taking deeper and longer inhalations and exhalations each time visualising how the body relaxes more and more and more.
If any thoughts arise that's okay just don't engage with them.
Keep focusing on your breath and see them disappearing like clouds in the sky.
Now visualise yourself in a meadow.
It is a sunny day,
The sky is blue,
The grass has a bright green colour.
You start walking along this meadow and in the distance you see a tree,
Really high tree.
Its branches touch the sky,
Its roots go deep into Mother Earth.
You approach the tree,
Touch it with your hand and merge with it.
You visualise yourself inside the tree,
Inside the trunk and today we are going to journey to the lower world.
The roots of the tree will take you down to an underground river so let yourself go down lower into the centre of the earth,
Along the roots of the tree until you get to an underground river.
You get in the water and you lay down here feeling the cool water washing away any dirty energy,
Any stagnant energy.
And letting yourself float,
Let the current take you to a garden,
To a beautiful garden.
When you arrive here you step out of the river and walk in this beautiful garden.
This is your unique garden and you start walking along this garden just contemplating the views,
The sounds,
The smells,
The trees,
The plants,
The flowers,
The animals.
And in the distance you see a big rock.
You walk towards it and sit on it.
You start breathing in fresh clean energy and breathing out any toxins or dirty energy.
Feeling cleansed,
Feeling refreshed,
Recharged.
If there are any parts of the body that need more attention today you can focus on those ones,
Sending light and fresh energy and expelling any dirty energy or negative emotions,
Anything that is no longer serving you.
You feel cleansed and refreshed and while you sit here just contemplate and feeling your energy field being cleansed,
You feel that there is an animal behind you.
Don't turn around yet,
Just be aware of its presence.
What can you perceive from it?
Is it big or small,
Heavy or light?
Is it grounded or moving around?
And now you turn around and look at this animal.
It is your power animal representing your untamed wild essence.
What is it?
What qualities does it have?
Ask him how are you going to help me in my journey?
What are you here to teach me?
And now it's time to leave your beautiful garden,
Going back to the river where you came from and you might feel that your power animal wants to walk by your side.
So coming back to the underground river,
Getting in the water again,
Swimming in this pure,
Crystalline,
Cleansing water.
Just enjoy here for a moment,
Visualizing how the water,
How the current washes away any dirty energies,
Stagnant energies,
Anything that is no longer serving you.
And now let yourself float and let the current take you back to the original meadow where you came from,
Through the roots of the tree and feeling your power animal next to you all the time.
Coming back up to the meadow,
Take a deep breath and you can bring your hands to your heart to embrace this power animal,
The energy of this power animal,
If that feels right for you.
Maybe it just wants to walk inside you,
Whatever feels right for you.
Feeling gratitude for the messages that your power animal brought to you and the support it will give you in your journey.
And now slowly make your way back to your room,
To the physical body,
Bringing the awareness to the physical body now,
Starting to move your fingers,
Your toes slightly,
Maybe take a deep stretch if that feels right for you and when you're ready you can open your eyes and finish your meditation.
