Hello and welcome to this meditation.
Find a comfortable position,
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
In through the nose and out through the mouth a couple of times.
Inhaling fresh air,
Fresh energy,
Letting go of any tension,
Any stress.
Slowing down the rhythm of the breath,
Making each breath a bit deeper and a bit longer.
Letting the body know that it is safe to be here,
That it is safe to be doing this meditation,
That it is time to heal.
Expanding the muscles in the abdominal area to make more space for fresh air,
For fresh energy.
Exhaling the old with each exhalation.
Flowing in this beautiful cycle where you inhale the fresh,
The new,
And you exhale the old,
What is no longer serving you.
Starting to bring the awareness within to any emotions,
Any sensations,
Any thoughts that might be coming up for you today.
Just observing like you are an external observer,
Not engaging,
Not reacting,
Not judging.
Just observing with love and compassion.
And now bring your awareness to your feet and imagine how a stream of white light,
Of pure white light,
Comes all the way from the center of the earth towards your feet,
Connecting you deeply into Mother Earth through cords of white light or roots of white light.
And let this beam of pure white light go higher and higher along your legs,
Along your spine,
And all the way to the top of your head,
Where it will form a bubble of white light,
Like a ball of white light.
Visualize yourself stepping into this bubble of white light and let it be your vehicle.
Let it take you higher and higher.
Let yourself float and let this bubble of light take you up,
Up,
Up,
Higher and higher.
Out of the room you're in,
Out of the building you're in,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Through the clouds,
Through the sky,
Leaving the clouds behind you,
Elevating yourself a bit more,
Floating up,
Up,
Up,
Out of the earth now and into the star,
The galaxy,
Going through different layers of the universe,
Going higher and higher,
Feeling lighter and lighter,
Elevating yourself a bit more with each breath,
Going higher and higher,
Until you reach a place where everything is pure white light and you can feel the tingling of this pure white light.
All you can see is bright white light.
It is a very pleasant experience and you feel so connected to this field of white light,
Where we are all connected to God,
To the Creator of all there is,
To the universe,
To the divine.
We are connected with one another through this field of energy.
And just being here is healing in this energy of unconditional love,
The energy of creation.
Just being here is healing.
And now bring your awareness to any thoughts that might be coming up for you today,
And especially the ones that tend to repeat again and again.
Any thoughts that are not serving you,
That repeat again and again in your life,
That stop you from creating the life of joy and purpose you came here to live.
And just give them your awareness,
Your loving and kind attention,
And see if there are any specific thoughts that repeat again and again,
That repeat more often than the others,
That you hear more often than the others.
And visualize these thoughts as balls of energy,
And choose one or a few that are not serving you,
And put them in a box of light.
Contain them in a box of light.
They can't get any bigger than that.
They're not gonna hurt you.
They're not gonna take over control.
They are contained in a ball of light,
In a box of light.
Maybe you see it in front of you,
Maybe you want to hold it in your hands.
Whatever works better for you.
And just ask this thought or these thoughts,
Where does it come from?
How is it trying to protect you?
How has this thought or belief served you so far?
And what is the motion behind it,
When this thought is present in your life?
What's the motion that you experience?
How do you feel?
Just be aware of any emotions that might come up.
No judgment,
No reaction,
Like you were an external observer.
We're just bringing this to your awareness,
To the surface,
So it can be transmuted,
So it can be let go of.
So you might feel a bit uncomfortable,
But just be aware of it.
And I would like to ask you,
In this moment,
With this sensation,
With this emotion,
How young are you?
When have you felt like this before?
There is no right or wrong answer,
Just whatever comes to your awareness first.
And if you can visualize yourself at this younger age,
What does she need?
Can you ask her what she needs from you today?
Is it a hug?
Is it love?
Anything she needs to hear?
And can you give her that hug,
That love,
Those comforting words?
Allow this dialogue to flow in the way that feels right for you and for her.
When did she learn that she had to keep this thought?
How was this thought or belief that you are containing in a box serving her?
How was that serving her?
Give her anything she needs,
So she can let go of this thought.
What else does she need to believe?
What else does she need to hear to let go of this thought?
And opening your heart space,
Visualizing your heart becoming brighter and brighter,
Melting down the barriers.
Bring this younger part of yourself into your heart,
Into the warmth of your heart,
Helping her feel safe.
Let her know that you will always be here for her,
As the empowered adult woman you have become.
No one can hurt her now,
You are here to protect her,
To love her,
To heal her,
To tell her what she needs to hear,
To have fun with her,
To play with her as well.
Beautiful.
And bringing the awareness back to that thought or belief or set of thoughts and beliefs in this luminous box.
Can you see them disintegrating,
Dissolving?
Visualize a torrent of healing energy and unconditional love,
Coming from the field of white light that surrounds you,
Directly to these thoughts or beliefs that are no longer serving you.
The box might be popping up and everything in it dissolving.
They might be being transmuted,
Sent back to the white light.
Can you witness them dissolving,
Disintegrating,
Being transmuted?
They're gone,
They're no longer there.
They were never yours in the first place.
And what new belief or beliefs would you like to replace these old thoughts or beliefs with?
Maybe it's one belief,
Like I am confident,
That comes to you strongly.
Maybe it's a set of different beliefs,
That you are powerful,
That you are loved,
That you are protected,
That it is safe to be yourself,
That you have all the resources you need to deal with anything that might come your way,
That it is safe to be yourself,
That you deserve love,
Joy,
Abundance,
Whatever it is,
One belief or many.
Breathe them in with each inhalation.
Say them out loud if that feels right for you.
Visualize them like sparks of white light coming down into your subconscious mind,
Into your psyche.
A new set of empowering beliefs or of empowering thoughts.
Breathe them in and exhale anything that might get in the way.
Beautiful.
And bringing the awareness back to the field of white light that surrounds you,
To that bright light around you.
Take a deep breath and start making your way back down the same way you came up,
Through different layers of the universe,
Down,
Down,
Down,
Through the clouds,
Through the sky,
Back in the earth,
Leaving the clouds above you this time,
Coming down,
Down,
Down,
Closer and closer to the building you're in,
To the room you're in,
And finally landing back in the physical body.
And bringing special awareness to the feet,
Taking a few moments to connect with those roots of white light or courts of white light,
Taking a few seconds here to ground,
To feel deeply connected with the earth.
Starting to wiggle your toes,
Your fingers,
Making any movements that feel right for the body.
It might be a light stretch or a deep stretch if that feels right.
If it feels right for you,
You can keep your eyes closed and remain in this state of calmness or when you're ready you can open your eyes.
