Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
Take a few deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth if that feels right,
Maybe a few times.
Letting go of any worries,
Any tension,
Any stress from the day with each exhalation.
Making each breath a bit deeper and a bit longer.
Inhaling fresh air,
Fresh energy and letting it all out with each exhalation.
Letting out a sigh if that feels right.
Slowing down the rhythm of the breath.
Inhaling and exhaling more deeply and more slowly.
Letting the body know that it is safe to relax,
That it is safe to rest,
That it is safe to go into healing and repairing mode.
And with each breath start to bring your awareness away from the head,
From the busy mind and bring it to your heart,
To a space of being,
Feeling,
To the present moment,
To the here and now.
Letting the heart expand with each breath and as you continue to breathe deeply and slowly let your heart,
Your mind,
Your soul,
Every cell in your body absorb these affirmations.
I am loved unconditionally.
I fully believe in myself.
I let go of any and all beliefs based on scarcity.
I let go of any and all beliefs based on fear.
I let go of any and all beliefs based on worries.
I let go of any and all beliefs based on doubts.
I am supported by the universe.
I trust that everything I need is coming my way.
I am free.
I forgive and I am forgiven.
I am blessed.
I am grateful for everything I have in my life.
I am worthy.
I am whole.
I deserve love,
Joy,
Abundance and success.
I allow my body to relax and rest.
My body knows how to have a healthy,
Healing sleep.
I heal while I sleep.
I am fully relaxed.
Everything is working out in my highest good.
I am love.
I am peace.
I am light.
I am pure.
I am kind.
I am health.
I am truth.
I am abundant.
I am relaxed.
I am at ease.
I am balanced.
