Welcome to this guided meditation,
Tuning into your inner wisdom.
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
Close your eyes and start to become aware of your body and your breath.
Take a few deep breaths,
Breathing through your nose and use your exhalation to let go of any tension.
If thoughts arise,
It's okay,
Just ignore them.
Keep focusing on your breath and they will go.
Visualize how your body relaxes more and more and more with each breath.
Now visualize yourself in a safe place,
Somewhere where no one can disturb you.
It might be a room where you feel warm and cozy.
Maybe you're on a sofa under a blanket.
Maybe you're by the sea,
By a river,
Somewhere beautiful and peaceful in nature.
Visualize yourself in this safe and beautiful place.
You feel safe here.
You feel calm,
At ease and full of peace.
Keep focusing on your breath and just relax and enjoy here.
Now you see how a wonderful woman appears in front of you.
She's the wisest version of yourself.
She knows what to do.
She's smart.
She's confident.
She's extremely powerful.
You can feel her power,
Her wisdom.
She's also very loving and compassionate.
Receive her powerful,
Wise,
Loving and compassionate energy in your body.
Absorb it with every inhalation.
Now you ask her for her wise advice.
What do I need to do?
What do I need to know?
What do I need to focus on right now?
She tells you all you need to know.
And you listen to her advice.
And guidance.
Now put your hands on your heart and thank her.
You feel so grateful for her advice.
You feel so empowered because you know you can visit her anytime you need.
You know she will always be there to guide you and protect you.
She lives within you.
That is your true power.
Now it's time to leave.
And say goodbye.
Hold her hand.
Maybe hug her.
Feeling her embrace.
Take a few deep,
Long breaths.
Absorbing that wisdom and power.
The wisdom and power that have always been there for you.
And will always be there for you inside yourself.
And now when you're ready,
Bring your attention to her.
Bring your attention back to the body.
To your hands.
Your fingers.
Your toes.
Your legs.
Start to move them slowly.
And bring your attention to the room you're in.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
