Close your eyes,
Sit or lie down comfortably,
Take a deep breath and exhale slowly.
Once again,
Take a deep slow breath and exhale.
One last time,
Breathe in and breathe out.
Now relax and allow your breath to go back to normal,
To go back to its own pace.
Don't control it,
Just observe it going in and out.
Notice the movement of your stomach as it moves up and down along with each breath.
Now bring your attention to your chest and watch the movement of your chest as you breathe in and out.
Now bring your attention to your shoulders and notice the subtle movement with each breath.
Now you're relaxed completely,
You are centered.
Picture yourself in the middle of a beautiful woodland forest.
The place is full of large trees,
Small shrubs,
Lot of grass under you.
Feel the grass beneath your feet.
There's a soft breeze,
Feel it on your face,
Your hair,
Your head.
The temperature is just perfect.
There's warm sunlight streaming through the gaps in the leaves and the branches of the tree.
The light looks beautiful as the shadows of the leaves play in it.
Now look around you and observe all the little animals and woodland creatures running around,
Hopping about near the trees,
On the grass.
The little birds,
The little butterflies flitting from flower to flower,
From fruit to fruit.
There are many animals peacefully coexisting in harmony in this beautiful,
Magical woodland forest.
There are mama and baby deers,
There are little bunnies and squirrels,
Chicks,
Baby chicks pecking all around the grass,
Some beautiful cows and their calves.
There are dogs and cats,
Every kind of animal that you can imagine,
All of them happily and harmoniously wandering around the forest.
They are peacefully living their lives and coexisting with each other in joy.
Little piglets running around behind the adult pigs.
They're so cute,
Look at their little tails.
One of them comes near you,
Looks up at you and just rubs his head on your legs.
You start laughing and giggling and you bend down to pet him.
And as the other animals see how friendly you are with this little piggy,
Slowly one by one,
They come near you.
They're looking at you with innocence and curiosity.
They trust that you're going to be kind and loving to them and they trust that they are safe around you.
You feel safe and one with nature,
One with all these creatures around you.
You belong right here and you're one among them.
Feel the kindness,
The compassion and love of the forest and of all these beautiful beings surround you and fill you completely.
Let this feeling of deep love fill you up,
Fill your heart and overflow out from your heart,
Out from you,
Back to all these animals,
Back to the grass,
The trees,
The nature,
The little insects,
The whole beautiful ecosystem of this peaceful,
Magical forest.
There is only peace and kindness here.
Place your palms on your heart and feel this compassion,
This love and kindness for yourself.
Promise yourself that you will always treat yourself with compassion and love.
And make a promise that you'll always be compassionate when you go back out into the world.

As an angel of love and today you've decided that you're going to use this beautiful power,
This soft energy of love within you and share it out into the world and make the world a better place for yourself and for all beings.

Take a deep breath and release slowly and gently.
Wiggle your fingers,
Wiggle your toes,
Rub your palms together and place them over your eyes.
