Body Love Meditation This is a meditation to help you appreciate and love your body.
Close your eyes.
Sit or lie down comfortably.
Relax completely.
Take a few deep breaths and release them slowly.
Now allow your breath to be natural.
Listen to these affirmations.
You don't have to repeat them.
Just listen to them and feel them.
I love my body.
I am not my body,
But I love my body.
This body is my home.
This body is a precious gift to me.
I love my body.
This body is my temple.
I reside in this body and I love my body.
I nourish my body.
I cherish my body.
I appreciate this beautiful,
Amazing body that I have.
