Finding a comfortable position and just allowing yourself to settle into stillness as we begin this meditation.
Taking a moment to become fully aware of this moment.
So maybe that's simply observing the breath.
Acknowledging the pause.
Acknowledging whatever emotions or feelings are showing up here in this space.
Acknowledging any tightness,
Discomfort that you may be holding onto in the body.
And seeing if you can just soften.
Soften into this space.
Soften into this moment.
And our prayer today is an axe-focused prayer.
So working through the layers of adoration,
Confession,
Thanksgiving,
And supplication.
And I encourage you to just notice what shows up as we move through the layers today.
Beginning from a place of adoration.
So in your heart begin to tell God how wonderful He is.
Begin to worship Him in this moment.
And now we shift to a place of confession.
So taking a moment here to admit your sins to God.
To cry out your brokenness and ask for forgiveness.
Remembering that we are only human and we're already saved by His grace.
But just take a moment here to confess to Him.
And now we shift to thanksgiving.
So simply saying thank you for all God has done in your life.
Whatever shows up begin to express that gratitude today.
And we end with supplication.
Making your request to God for yourself and for others.
What's on your heart today to pray.
Begin to allow that to flow from you now.
And taking as long as you need to here.
But when you're ready begin to shift your awareness back into this present moment.
Begin to deepen your breath and once again becoming fully aware of this moment.
Noticing whatever emotions are showing up.
Whatever feelings are weighing on your heart.
Notice any changes in the body,
Any lightness,
Any freeing.
And as you enter back in your day remember that God is always for you.
No matter what you're experiencing today or whatever you're in need of.
Just know that God's got you.
God's always with you.
And know that you can turn to Him for this prayer at any time.
