It's absolutely normal to not know what you want.
It's normal to doubt yourself when you're making a decision.
It's even more normal to not listen to your inner voice that's telling you what to do.
But that's okay.
You'll learn to listen to it.
You'll learn to become more aware.
You'll learn to pay attention more to everything before you make that final decision.
Because sometimes we don't even want change.
We're happy just the way we are and what we do every single day.
But today,
If you want to make that decision,
Close your eyes right where you are.
Close your eyes and sit in a very comfortable position.
And now,
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Feel the air as it comes in your body.
So breathe in,
Feel the air as your lungs expand and breathe out.
One more time.
Breathe in through your nose,
Feel the air and breathe out.
And now I would like you to imagine that there is a beach in front of you.
So with your eyes closed,
Imagine there is this beach and you hear the waves,
You feel the sand.
You are absolutely there,
Seeing,
Hearing and feeling.
And now,
You're going to think of all the possible scenarios,
All your possible options,
Solutions,
Whatever you need to make a decision on.
And when you're ready,
You're going to gently go to the beach.
You're going to go in the water.
So you gently walk towards the water,
You feel the sand,
You feel the wind in your hair and you see the water.
You gently go in the water,
Feel the water,
Is it cold,
Is it hot?
Be with yourself for a second.
And now that you have all the options and everything that you're thinking of doing,
You're going to go inside the water when I count to three.
And the first thing that comes to your mind is it,
Is the one you must make that decision on or the one you must choose up to you how you do this exercise.
So imagine you're going to go inside the beach and the first thing that you think about,
That's the answer.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
And five.
Now that you've gotten your answer,
Don't doubt it.
Don't let your monkey mind find excuses.
And now you're gently going to get out of the beach with your answer.
And if you don't have your answer,
It's okay.
You can do this as many times as you'd like.
You're going to get out of the beach and now you're going to sit down.
You're going to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
One more time.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And when you're ready,
Become aware of where you are,
What you're doing,
Where you're sitting,
Or if you're lying down,
Become aware.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
