Have you ever just had a moment with yourself?
Have you ever just sat down and taken some time to be with yourself?
Have you ever just stopped?
Sometimes we set goals and it's very common for us to set goals in December and January and then when we're in March we just forget.
We forget what we wanted to do.
We forget our goals.
We forget where we wanted to go.
We forget so many things.
And then we're in August.
The year's almost over and we still haven't done what we wanted to do.
So that's why today I'm gonna ask you to sit in a very comfortable position and take a few seconds to just focus on your breathing.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Take another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Focus on your breathing.
How do your lungs feel while you're breathing in and how do they feel while you're breathing out?
Take a moment to just be there in the present moment.
Be there with yourself.
Just breathe in and breathe out.
Take a few seconds to ask yourself.
What do you want to do?
If it's either to go out and have a drink of coffee,
If it's either to go out for a walk or even if you get the idea to start that course you have always wanted to take but you've never actually made the decision.
What do you want to do?
Take a moment to connect with yourself.
Ask yourself what do you have to do next?
What's the next step?
Where are you going now?
What do you have to do now?
You have all the answers.
Not that person next to you,
Not this year,
Not the person who reads the angelic cards.
Nobody else has the answers.
Just you.
Only you have that connection with your soul.
Only you have that connection with yourself.
Connect with yourself.
Be with yourself.
Trust that inner voice that's always talking to you,
That's always telling you what to do,
When to turn,
What to eat even and where to go.
Connect and don't be afraid.
I know sometimes it's hard and you think that there's something talking to you or it's your mind or you're going crazy.
It's not that.
Connect with yourself.
Listen.
Breathe in and breathe out.
You can always pause the audio whenever you want to or whenever you feel like there are no more messages.
You can just stop,
Take a few moments to thank yourself.
Thank your inner self,
That inner child,
Your guide,
However you want to call it,
For guiding you and for telling you what's next.
Because you shouldn't only set your goals in January or December.
Your goals are the whole year.
When you're ready,
Take a few deep breaths into your nose and out through your mouth.
Take another few deep breaths into your nose and out through your mouth.
You can open your eyes.
