When you need to make that decision or you just don't know what to do or even if you just need that message from the universe it's important to stop and listen to your heart.
Listen to whatever you want to call it.
It could be your inner child,
Your inner self,
Your guardian angel,
Whatever suits you.
But it's important to listen.
Our heart guides us,
Shows us what to do,
When to do it,
How to do it.
But nobody has taught us how to listen.
So today we're going to do a guided meditation to just hear that special message from our heart,
From our guide,
Our inner child.
And it's very important to listen and to not doubt yourself.
Because the first message that you hear is the right one.
Listen to yourself,
Listen to your body.
And I'm going to ask you to sit up straight,
Sit in a comfortable position,
And focus on your breathing while you're closing your eyes.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Focus on how your lungs expand,
How the air feels inside your body.
Focus on your breathing for a few seconds.
And always remember if a thought arises,
It's okay.
Just let it fly by.
Observe it without judgment.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
While you're focusing on your breathing,
Listen to your body.
How does it feel?
How do you feel?
Just ask yourselves.
Ask your heart to guide you or whoever you believe in.
And that you're ready to listen.
Place your hand on your heart.
Listen to your heart.
Don't doubt yourself.
The first message you get is from the heart.
When you start doubting,
That's your mind.
Just listen.
Ask that question that you've been wanting to ask,
And trust yourself.
If there's no question,
Ask for a message.
Connect with yourselves.
