Gratitude is one of the most amazing things ever.
There are times when I'm just so exhausted,
So tired,
So fed up and I just can't take it anymore.
Or there are just times that,
Well,
I'm happy,
I'm enjoying my life and there's nothing wrong.
And I think in both those times,
I forget to say thank you.
I forget to just think for the small things.
Think for my bed,
My home,
The roof over my head.
So the next time,
The next time you feel like maybe you just can't take it anymore and you might just forget,
Just start saying thank you.
Thank you because I'm here,
Because I got food over my table.
Thank you because I got a pillow.
I mean,
Just start thinking the universe and you're going to see how everything that you have felt just changes.
You're going to see how you start vibrating at a higher level.
Because that's what gratitude does.
And even if you have something negative,
Like,
For example,
I don't have a job.
Well,
Say thank you because you have the ability to look for one and you have the opportunities and you're going to get one.
Gratitude changes everything.
It changes your perspective and we shouldn't only give things when we're OK.
No,
Even for those difficult moments,
Those are the best moments.
Because after those moments,
Things change.
Our life changes.
That's a good thing.
Changes are good,
Don't you think?
And that's what we're going to do today.
In this short podcast or audio.
We're going to do a gratitude exercise.
And in this exercise.
We're going to close our eyes.
And take a deep breath in through our nose.
And out through our mouth.
We're going to feel how our lungs expand.
How they feel while we're breathing in.
And how they feel.
While we're breathing out.
Take another deep breath in through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
Feel your lungs in with gratitude.
If you don't know what that feels like,
If you think I'm crazy,
Just imagine you feeling peace all over your body.
And just thinking your whole body.
Because it's there.
And it works without you telling it to.
Breathing gratitude.
And exhale gratitude.
Breathing gratitude.
And exhale gratitude.
And now with your eyes closed,
You're going to think of one thing that you're grateful for.
Just one thing.
It could be your kids.
It could be your pet.
It could be your bed.
Just one thing.
One thing.
Once you've thought about that one thing.
You're going to give me three reasons why you're grateful for it.
For example,
I'm grateful for my dog.
Because he makes me laugh.
He keeps me company.
And he's always there for me.
So take a moment to do this short exercise.
And when you're ready,
Take another deep breath into your nose.
And say thank you while you're breathing out.
We're going to do it three more times.
Take another deep breath into your nose.
And exhale thank you.
One more time.
Take a deep breath into your nose.
And exhale thank you.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
How do you feel?
How do you feel after doing this short exercise of gratitude?
Ask yourselves and always remind yourselves to give thanks.
Thank you so much for listening.
Thank you for supporting my audios.
Sending you lots of virtual love and light.
Namaste.
