In your mind,
I'd like you to either visualize or imagine a room.
This can be any room.
Put a room of your choice.
A room where you feel totally safe and secure.
A room where you're always in control.
Now in your mind,
I'd like you to locate the wall in front of you.
And simply allow your mind's eye to reach out and touch that wall.
Just so that you know that it's there.
Good.
And when you're ready,
Please draw back into your body all of the positive energy from that wall.
Bring it right back into the center of your being so that you feel safe,
Secure,
And always in complete control.
Good.
Now in your mind,
Locate the wall behind you.
And simply allow your mind's eye to reach out and touch that wall.
Good.
And when you're ready,
Please draw back into your body all of the positive energy from that wall.
Bring it right back into the center of your being so that you feel safe,
Secure,
And always in complete control.
Good.
And now locating the wall to your left,
Allow your mind's eye to reach out and touch that wall.
Good.
And when you're ready,
Please draw back into your body all of the positive energy from that wall.
Bring it right back into the center of your being so that you feel safe,
Secure,
And always in complete control.
Good.
And one last time now.
Please locate the wall to your right.
And simply allow your mind's eye to reach out and touch that wall.
Good.
And when you're ready,

As you continue to unwind and relax,
I'd like you to be aware of the sounds around you.
Perhaps you can hear someone talking or a phone ringing or people walking inside your home or outside.
Maybe you hear dogs barking or doors opening and closing.
Perhaps you hear cars driving by.
The sound of water running or a furnace or air conditioner starting up.
It doesn't matter what it is or whether it's a sound you hear now or something you hear later during this session.
Just know that you're in total control of the situation.
And because you are,
You can allow these sounds to become part of the session.
You can allow these sounds to help you relax and go deeper and deeper into a calm,
Peaceful state,
Deeper and deeper into feelings of safety and security.
As we go about this session today,
You may notice thoughts drifting into your mind.
Sometimes you may even find yourself not listening to the sound of my voice.
But that's okay because your subconscious mind is listening even when your conscious mind is off thinking about other things.
If you find your mind drifting off to other thoughts,
Simply imagine those thoughts are like clouds,
Clouds that drift into your mind and right back out again.
And when they're gone,
You'll find yourself able to focus again on the sound of my voice.
But remember,
Your subconscious mind is always listening even when your conscious mind is thinking about other things.
So it's okay if your conscious mind isn't listening,
As your subconscious mind will always hear me.
Whatever happens is perfect for you today.
Begin to feel if you can all the muscles in your forehead completely relaxing.
You can gently scrunch them up if you like.
Good and relax them down,
Relaxing down.
Feel all the muscles in your cheeks loosening and relaxing down.
Feel the muscles around your nose loosening and relaxing down.
Good.
Noticing your ears now.
Letting go of any tension you may be holding in your ears.
You're doing great.
And if you'd like,
You can wiggle your jaw a little bit and just let any tension you've been carrying in your jaw completely release now.
Good.
When you're ready,
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Hold for a few seconds and slowly release it out through your mouth.
Good.
Begin to feel if you will your chest muscles starting to relax.
Feel your breathing return to its normal rhythm.
And if you like,
You can give a simple command to your organs telling them to relax down deeper.
Telling them to function normally.
Function healthfully.
Function properly.
Good.
When you're ready,
Feel the muscles in your stomach letting go and releasing.
Good.
Allow your breath to move fully into your belly as your belly expands with the inhale of your breath.
Good.
And now,
When you're ready,
Feel the muscles in the front of your thighs tightening and relaxing down.
Excellent.
Moving that relaxation down into your knees.
Please take a deep breath in through your nose.
And slowly exhale as you imagine releasing all the tension from your knees out with your breath.
Good.
And again,
Breathing in through your nose and releasing any tension in your knees out through your mouth.
Good.
Slowly beginning to feel that relaxation move down into your shins and down into the tops of your feet.
Good.
When you're ready,
Allow that relaxation to move right into the bottoms of your feet.
We spend so much time on our feet every day that it's time to allow your feet the relaxation they deserve.
So now your entire body is completely relaxed.
Excellent.
I'd like you now to imagine or see in your mind's eye a beautiful staircase.
The staircase may be inside or outside.
Notice the steps are large and there's a handrail on both sides.
As I begin to count from 10 down to one,
Feel yourself moving down these stairs slowly,
Safely and deeply.
Ten.
Nine.
Eight.
Seven.
Six.
Five.
Four.
Three.
Two.
And one.
Deeply relaxed.
Allowing your mind and body to become even more comfortable and relaxed now.
Now that you're feeling completely relaxed,
Completely at ease,
It's perfectly safe,
Perfectly natural to allow your conscious mind to tune out.
I am now speaking to your subconscious mind.
Your conscious mind may wish to listen,
But I'm speaking to your subconscious mind.
Now subconscious mind,
I know that you're capable of great things.
You store memories from conception to present.
You regulate body functions from breathing to digestion.
And you hold belief systems which create reality.
I also know that you're capable of healing yourself and that there's a part of you that wishes to be confident,
To hold yourself in great esteem,
To celebrate your life,
To be all that you can possibly be.
It's time now to become confident.
It's time now to know your worth,
Your value,
And to truly realize you love yourself just as you are.
It's time now to realize that you're perfect,
Whole,
And complete.
It's time now for you to know this truth through every fiber,
Every cell,
And every atom of your body.
To begin,
I'd like you to imagine that you're standing in front of a 360-degree mirror,
Wearing no clothing.
You may wish to put on clothing as you find yourself in this mirror.
However,
You'll see yourself without clothing.
Imagine that you can see yourself from every angle,
And there's a very bright light above you,
Illuminating the space so that you can see every detail of your entire body.
Notice that on your left is a beautiful and ornate box sitting open.
You realize that this box is your box of beliefs,
A place where all of the beliefs that you wish to hold in your subconscious mind can be kept safe and sound.
To your right,
Notice there's a very tall,
Very wide garbage can,
And you realize that this can is where you can safely dispose of those beliefs that no longer support you.
Look closely at yourself in the mirror now.
Take in every square inch of your body.
You may find that you notice thoughts about yourself as you observe the image in the mirror.
Thoughts such as,
I'm not worthy,
Or I'm ugly,
Or I'm not good enough.
Imagine that each thought that surfaces,
Be it a criticism,
A feeling,
Good or bad,
Or a compliment that comes up for you,
Is written on a piece of paper.
For each feeling,
Thought,
Compliment or criticism,
Decide if it belongs in the keep box or goes into the garbage can.
This process of observation may take some time,
And you may be surprised at just how many beliefs that you hold about yourself.
You may also find that there are far more pieces of paper in the garbage can than in the keep box.
This is okay.
Do your best not to judge the experience.
Simply allow yourself to sort out your feelings.
You're doing beautifully.
Once you've sorted out all your beliefs,
Carefully close the lid to the garbage can.
Now choose a way to dispose of its contents that feels right for you.
You may choose to burn the can,
Notes and all.
You may see the garbage man arrive to take the can from you.
You may choose just to watch it float away from you until it's nothing more than a barely visible speck in the sky.
Take some time now and dispose of your garbage.
Notice how much lighter you feel.
Notice any feelings of happiness that have come with lightening your burden.
Now as you step back in front of the mirror,
See yourself and your body transformed into the confident,
Self-assured person you wish to be.
Releasing all of those negative thoughts,
Feelings and beliefs has altered you and your perception of yourself.
Stripped of all the negative beliefs,
Shines forth the you that you always were.
You were always this beautiful,
This worthy,
This confident.
It was only the stories that you created for yourself that created the facade of unworthiness that you carried around.
Take in all that you are.
Notice how beautiful you've become.
Notice now that you're dressed in the clothes that you wear to reflect this new you.
Look at your face.
What expression does it hold?
Look into your own eyes and discover the new and improved personality traits you now possess.
As you observe this incredible new version of yourself,
Begin writing your thoughts,
Feelings and compliments on pieces of paper and put them safely in your key box.
Thoughts such as I'm beautiful,
I'm smart,
I'm creative and I'm confident.
Continue writing until you've said every positive thing that you can think of about yourself.
Good.
Now close the box and notice the very sturdy lock on the front of it.
The key is already in the lock and as you turn it in order to safely and securely lock the box,
You notice that the key has a thick chain attached to it.
Slip that chain over your head and as you feel the weight of the key touch your skin,
Notice that all of the feelings,
Thoughts,
Compliments and love that you put in your box begin to flow strongly,
Fully,
Electrically throughout your entire body.
As long as this key is around your neck,
You embody all of the positive feelings,
Thoughts,
Emotions and compliments that you put in the box.
You embody worthiness,
Confidence,
Lovableness,
Creativity and beauty.
From this moment forward,
Whenever you think of this magical key around your neck,
You instantly feel confident,
Secure,
Lovable,
Attractive,
Intelligent and worthy.
Simply visualizing this magical key brings instant feelings of assurance,
Self-worth and security which course through your body and mind,
Accumulating with each vision of the key so that every time you feel these feelings,
They become more intense than the time before.
As long as this key is around your neck,
You embody all of the positive feelings,
Thoughts,
Emotions and compliments that you put in the box.
You embody worthiness,
Confidence,
Lovableness,
Creativity and beauty.

With each number I count,
You'll find yourself easily and comfortably coming back to the room,
Back to your body.
With each number that I count,
You'll find the feelings of confidence,
Self-worth,
Success,
Talent and love intensifying in each and every cell of your body.
With each number that I count,
You'll feel refreshed and energized.
And when I say the number 5,
You'll find yourself fully awake,
Fully refreshed and ready to take on your day.

Easily,
Comfortably,
You begin to return your awareness to your body and the room.

Waves of confidence and unconditional love begin coursing through every cell of your body.

As you come back to your awareness,
So too does the awareness present to you of all of the incredible and vital part of this reality that you are.

Starting to wiggle fingers and toes as you feel physically perfect,
Mentally perfect,
Refreshed and energized.

Fully awake,
Fully aware,
Feeling incredible and when you're ready,
You can stretch and say to yourself,
Wide awake.

This guided meditation helped me soo much. My precious husband passed in to his lighter body just this last April. I have been so lost in an abyss of sadness. I still feel so sad, miss him so much, but I felt his presence in your meditation and safer than I have felt. I will do this meditation often, again tonight in fact. Thank you, thank you.
