Meet Your Guardian Angel

We all have a guardian angel or angels assigned to us birth. These non-denominational beings wish to egolessly help us with all aspects of our lives. They are already communicating with you right now, however, this meditation will help you to strengthen that bond and increase communication by teaching you to become aware of and use the psychic senses that are everyone's birthright.

Transcript

Close your eyes and allow your body to shift into a comfortable position.

Breathe deeply and slowly.

Ease into relaxation.

The cares of the day slide off you.

You're safe.

Anything important to you will be waiting for you when you return.

Move into your imagination.

Find yourself in the middle of a large,

Exquisitely beautiful place in nature.

A place that feels comforting and nurturing to you.

Perhaps you feel invited to sit or lie down here and you begin to take in your surroundings.

The vast landscape spreads out before you in all its colorful splendor.

Notice the temperature of the air on your skin.

Feel the texture of the landscape under your fingers.

Become aware of the sounds of nature all around you.

From the loudest sounds of weather to the most subtle sounds created by the magnificent surroundings.

Perhaps you might notice the scents of this wonderful place.

And if you do notice them,

Feel too that they bring you a sense of calm,

Relaxation and peace.

As you continue to enjoy this wonderful place in nature,

Feel a sense of relaxation beginning to encompass your whole body.

Perhaps it feels something like a sense of warmth or energy.

Feel now as it begins to move through the top of your head,

Relaxing all the muscles there.

Feel that delicious warm energy moving slowly downward into your face.

And notice that the muscles around your eyes begin to relax and release.

The muscles around your nose and mouth begin to let go and you find that you can let your jaw move into a comfortable resting position.

Delicious relaxing energy moves down into your neck and shoulders and the muscles there melt like warm butter.

Feel the release.

You don't have to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders anymore.

Soothe incurrence of delicious warm energy.

Radiate into your unburdened arms and down into your fingers.

You might have assessed that they've become extremely light and start to float.

Or you might feel that they've become as heavy as lead and have begun to sink into the ground.

Feel the natural rhythm of your breath and the gentle rise and fall of your stomach.

Warm currents of energy and relaxation begin to flow and annulate around your lungs and heart and your breathing becomes effortless.

The waves of energy flow down into your stomach,

Cradling you,

Bathing you in a deep sense of peace.

The warm relaxation flows down into the muscles of your legs,

Allowing them to let go.

Feel as the energy cascades down your legs and right into the very tips of your toes,

Letting you in the most delicious feelings of warmth,

Peace and safety.

Your body is radiating pure love and energy and whether you feel as light as air or as heavy as the weight of a mountain,

You know that you're bathed in the loving embrace of angelic energy,

A gift from your beloved angel.

As you continue to feel deliciously relaxed,

You turn your gaze once again to your beautiful place in nature.

You take in the sights,

The sense and the feeling of the ground beneath your body.

And as you look up,

You notice that all around you,

Falling like gentle snow,

White feathers fall from the sky and land softly upon the landscape.

How magical.

Your guardian angel is so near now and you can feel their presence.

White feathers continue to drift down all around you.

As each one touches the ground,

You feel even more relaxed,

Heavier,

Lighter,

At peace.

You find yourself watching these dainty feathers as you feel yourself slipping deeper.

Ten.

Nine.

Eight.

Seven.

Six.

Five.

Four.

Three.

Two.

One.

Into the most deeply satisfying state of relaxation that you could imagine,

Knowing now that you are bathed in loving energy.

Gazing at the landscape before you,

You see that the soft blanket of feathers covers everything,

Much like a soft,

Spring snow.

It's a magical sight.

And it stirs feelings of wonder and awe within you.

Deep gratitude wells in your being.

And you find suddenly that you have the sensation that you are cocooned within the loving embrace of large,

Soft angel wings.

They wrap around you completely.

Loving,

Gentle,

Rest in this embrace.

It's familiar somehow.

And you feel totally protected.

You know that this loving embrace is your guardian angel.

Turn and look deep into their eyes.

Peace and joy wash over you.

And you realize that you recognize their loving gaze from the deepest of your dreams.

Ask your angel his or her name.

Know that you have within you at this very moment the ability to receive the answer.

Trust that the answer you received is without a doubt the right one.

Slowly releasing you from their gentle embrace.

Your angel stands in front of you now in full splendor.

A loving smile plays upon their lips.

And all at once,

You understand that your angel would like to give you an attunement.

A gift meant to strengthen the bond and ability to communicate with one another.

This process will be gentle.

Simply be open to receiving.

This attunement will open up your divine psychic channels so that you can clearly see,

Hear,

Feel and know the communications of your beloved companion.

From this moment forward,

You need never feel alone.

The loving protection and guiding words of your angel have always been there for you.

And now,

With this attunement,

You open the door to two-way communication always.

Your angel points to the top of your head and with it,

An incredible beam of white light comes from the heavens and cascades down upon you,

Filling you with divine crystalline light.

The delicious feelings of warmth and love fill your entire being.

Feel it now from head to toe.

You begin to radiate this incredible light from every fiber of your being and instinctively,

You know that all of your psychic centers are now open,

Clear and ready to receive.

Your angel now asks you to sit.

A familiar but long forgotten lesson begins to play in your mind.

How this lesson arrives is the first lesson.

You simply know it.

It arrives in your mind,

A fully formed thought that you understand in its entirety.

It would take time to find the words.

This is clear cognizance.

The lesson fades and you begin to see images in your mind's eye.

Colorful,

Intricate,

Beautiful.

Could this be your imagination?

The images are fleeting,

But most importantly,

You're not actively seeking them.

They're simply arriving in your mind.

This is clairvoyance.

The images fade and in their place comes a feeling,

An emotion.

You feel it down to your very soul.

It is the feeling of unconditional love.

This love is radiating to you from your angel.

Drink in this incredible gift.

This is clear sentience.

Finally,

As you continue to gaze upon your angel,

They begin to speak to you,

Faintly at first.

But as you continue to listen,

Their heavenly voice becomes louder.

The sound is sweet inside your mind as you listen to their loving message.

This is clear audience.

You see,

Hear,

Feel and know your angel's divine messages with ease and grace.

You are profoundly psychic.

Your loving angel is always with you and you communicate with them effortlessly whenever you wish.

Your psychic centers are always available to you.

You have only to think of turning them on or off for it to be so.

Your life in every way is profoundly and positively changed by communicating with your loving angel.

They always and only communicate positive and loving messages to you.

You constantly receive signs in the physical world to help you recognize your angel's guidance.

As your angel guides you,

It is always your choice whether to act upon your angel's loving guidance.
