Close your eyes.
Relax.
Know that you're safe.
You're surrounded by love.
And with this knowledge,
You can completely relax and let go.
Remember that any sounds you hear,
Other than the sound of my voice,
Will signal your body to relax even more deeply.
As we go about this session today,
You may notice thoughts drifting into your mind.
Sometimes you may even find yourself not listening to the sound of my voice.
That's okay,
Because your subconscious mind is listening,
Even when your conscious mind is thinking about other things.
If you find your mind drifting to other thoughts,
Simply imagine those thoughts are like clouds.
Clouds that drift into your mind and ride back out again.
And when they're gone,
You'll find yourself able to focus again on the sound of my voice.
But remember,
Your subconscious mind is always listening,
Even when your conscious mind is thinking about other things.
So it's okay if your conscious mind is not listening,
As your subconscious mind will always hear me.
Whatever happens is perfect for you today.
Begin to feel if you can,
All the muscles in your forehead completely relaxing.
You can gently scrunch them up if you like,
And relax them down,
Relaxing down.
Feel all the muscles in your cheeks loosening and relaxing down.
And the muscles around your nose loosening and relaxing down.
Good.
Noticing your ears now.
Letting go of any tension you may be holding in your ears.
You're doing great.
And I'd like you to wiggle your jaw a little bit.
And just let any tension you've been carrying in your jaw release now.
Good.
Please take a deep breath in through your nose.
Hold for a few seconds.
Good.
And slowly release it out through your mouth.
Good.
Now begin to feel,
If you will,
Your chest muscles starting to relax.
Feel your breathing return to its normal rhythm.
And if you like,
You can give a simple command to your organs,
Telling them to relax down deeper.
Telling them to function normally.
Function healthfully.
Function properly.
Good.
And when you're ready,
Feel the muscles in your stomach letting go and releasing.
Good.
And allow your breath to move fully into your belly as your belly expands with the inhale of your breath.
Good.
And now when you're ready,
Feel the muscles in the front of your thighs tightening.
Good.
And relaxing.
Good.
Moving that relaxation down into your knees.
Please take a deep breath in through your nose.
Good.
And slowly exhale as you imagine releasing all the tension from your knees out with your breath.
Good.
And again,
Breathing through your nose.
And releasing any tension in your knees out through your mouth.
Excellent.
Slowly beginning to feel the relaxation move down into your shins,
Down into your ankles,
And down into the tops of your feet.
When you're ready,
Allow that relaxation to move right into the bottoms of your feet.
We spend so much time on our feet every day that it's time to allow your feet the relaxation you may deserve.
So feel now as that relaxation gently moves into your feet.
Good.
Now notice how delicious your whole body feels at this moment.
Right now,
You're closest to who you really are and who you were always meant to be.
So now we're going to go on a journey.
Though this journey will be new to you at this moment.
It's a journey that you've taken before.
For it is a journey of your soul.
It's a journey of a time before this that you've experienced perhaps in the past,
Perhaps in the future,
Or perhaps at the same time as you're now.
This journey will show you a time when that part of you that lives forever was inhabiting a physical vehicle that lived during another time.
Since you're not actually living in that time,
It's completely safe to visit this alternative time.
You'll simply be an observer of the actions,
Surroundings and thoughts of your soul during that time.
Since you're fully aware that this is an observation only,
You'll be aware of all life lessons that you've learned up to this point.
And with this knowledge,
You'll be able to understand from a third person's point of view situations which may arise during your visit.
These observations will help you to clarify and understand beliefs,
Phobias,
Patterns and karma that appear to have been carried over to the lifetime you're now living.
Once you understand these lessons,
It will be possible to let them go from your current life completely.
Imagine yourself now in the center of a small forest clearing.
The size of the clearing is only about twice the length of your outstretched arms,
But it's beautiful nonetheless.
Under your bare feet,
You can feel the soft,
Cool green grass.
You can hear birds softly chirping in the distance.
Trees circle the clearing in all directions and you can hear the movement of the leaves as a soft breeze blows through them.
It's your intention to visit a life that you've experienced before,
Past,
Present or future.
Perhaps you'd like to visit a life in which you experience something exhilarating.
Perhaps you'd like to visit a life which may have caused some difficulties for your present life.
Perhaps you have no idea which life you'd like to visit,
Only that you'd like to visit one.
Take a moment now and make your intention for your journey known.
As you do,
You notice a pathway out of the clearing that you didn't see before.
Instinctively,
You know that this pathway leads to the lifetime that you're intending to visit.
With great delight,
You move toward this pathway and under the arching leaves of the trees frame it.
The pathway under your feet is a soft carpet of green grasses and low shrubs.
Tall trees flank the path on either side.
The forest air is cool upon your skin,
But you can feel the warmth of the sunshine as it filters through the canopy above.
As you make your way along,
You can see that the forest is thinning out and your path is beginning to lead to what looks like another clearing.
However,
This clearing is in another lifetime.
When you reach the clearing,
The scene has changed completely.
You are no longer you as you are living now.
The scenery,
Although new to you,
Is somehow familiar,
But different from that which you ordinarily experience.
Your clothing is different.
Look down at your feet.
What are you wearing on them,
If anything?
What does your clothing look like?
Are you male or female?
How old are you?
What is your name?
Do you see any other people around you?
Are there buildings or structures of any type?
What year does it appear to be?
Can you tell what country you are located in?
Feel free to spend the next few minutes exploring your surroundings.

Looking back over your shoulder,
You can see the forested archway leading back to your clearing.
You feel its pull back to your current lifetime.
You turn and begin back through the lush green forest.
Birds chirp overhead and the breeze rustles the leaves as you walk.
Finally,
You reach your clearing and as you look down at your feet,
You notice that you're once again wearing the clothing and shoes that you're wearing in this lifetime.
You look back at the path behind you and notice that the exit to your clearing is no longer visible.
Sit down now on the soft grass.
Sunlight filters once again through the canopy of trees and you can feel the warmth of the rays on your face.
Imagine now that a large root begins to grow from the bottoms of each of your feet and down deep into the center of the earth.
As you breathe in,
Feel delicious earth energy moving up these roots and into your body.
With each breath out,
Feel as this warm,
Loving energy spreads through your whole being,
Energizing,
Revitalizing and grounding you.
Feel this sensation for a few breaths.
It's time now to return to your daily life.
In a moment,
I'm going to count from one up to five.
With each number that I count,
You feel more refreshed and ready to take on your day.
One.
Slowly.
Calmly.
Easily.
You're returning to your full awareness once again.
Two.
Each muscle and nerve in your body is loose and light and calm and you feel wonderfully refreshed.
Three.
From head to toe,
You're feeling perfect in every way.
Physically perfect.
Mentally perfect.
Emotionally calm and serene.
Four.
Your eyes begin to feel sparkling clear.
You're fully aware,
Feeling calm,
Rested,
Refreshed,
Invigorated and full of energy.
Five.
You're fully aware now.
Open your eyes,
Please.
Take a good deep breath.
And stretch.
