Welcome.

Prepare to relax by finding a comfortable position.

Let's begin.

Finding a deep,

Abundant breath.

Filling your tummy.

Filling your lungs from bottom all the way to top.

Holding the breath to oxygenate your brain.

And as you slowly exhale,

Tell yourself that this is your time.

This is for you.

Feeling a wave of relaxation starting to move down your body.

Filling your entire body with peace.

Peace is now able to enter your life as you allow peace to just ripple out through all the cells of your body.

Breathing in peace.

Breathing out peace.

I will count from the number five down to one.

And with each descending number,

You will feel yourself going deeper and deeper.

More relaxed and aware than ever before.

Five,

Going deeper.

Four,

Going within.

Three,

Two,

Deeper.

And one.

You are now at one with your inner essence and true nature.

You are now centered.

Entering a beautiful garden bursting with color and life.

I'd like you to use all of your five inner senses to completely experience every detail of this garden of gratitude.

Breathing in the fragrances from this naturally serene and sumptuous garden.

Seeing all the beauty that surrounds you.

The lush green grass.

The beautiful blue sky.

And all your favorite vibrant flowers.

And all the ferns and different shades of green from all the different plants growing in your garden.

This is your garden.

Enjoy it in your own way.

Seeing all your favorite flowers.

Breathing in their fragrance.

Maybe you have jasmine.

You can smell the lavender.

The roses.

Hear the sounds of nature all around you.

The bees buzzing.

The animals scurrying around the bushes.

The birds in the trees.

Feel the sun on your face as it trickles through the canopy above.

The warm breeze on your skin.

You may even taste some fruit like a strawberry growing in your abundant grove.

Feeling grateful for the way nature nurtures and nourishes us on every level.

Feeling more balanced and whole as you become one with the abundance of life in this fruitful,

Lush garden.

Noticing a free flowing river running through your garden.

Bringing hydration and life to all the plants and animals.

You can place your feet into this sparkling,

Clean,

Effervescent water.

Feeling it flow over your skin.

It has a natural ability to flow right over any obstacles.

Nothing can block the flow of prosperity.

The current is your currency of loving energy.

Bringing you all you need for the highest good of all.

This currency of the river is gently rolling towards you,

Flowing in your direction.

See the length of the river,

The width of the river,

The abundance of water.

Bringing life to the garden and to you.

Bringing you everything you need.

In this tranquil spring,

There are sparkling rocks,

Precious crystals,

Gemstones,

Gold and silver lining the sides and the bottom of the stream.

When you pick up a gem,

Another one immediately pops up to take its place.

You can have your fill and float amongst the beauty that surrounds you.

Feeling buoyant,

Supported,

Uplifted and richly rewarded by the universe.

There is plenty for you and plenty for everyone.

And sitting at the head of the river is Lakshmi,

The goddess of abundance.

See her dripping in the jewels and the crystals,

A crown on her head.

Flowing in silken beautiful colored robes.

See her in your own way,

Knowing that Lakshmi is there to provide prosperity.

See yourself merging,

Tuning in to that energy of Lakshmi and becoming one with her bountiful,

Joyous vibration of prosperity.

Becoming one with Lakshmi.

You are now a magnet of energy,

Allowing the highest good to flow into your life.

You and Lakshmi are one.

And like a beacon of light,

A lighthouse,

Your positive energy attracts prosperity,

Abundance and miracles.

Positive energy is flowing to you and through you.

You allow the highest good to flow into your life.

See this river widen as your entire being becomes one with this universal flow of plenty,

Prosperity,

Miracles and more.

Everything you need flowing towards you.

You become this beacon of light,

Oh so beautiful as ever dear soul. This is perfect for the feeling of abundance and a great reminder to come from abundance rather then lack. The universe feels us in that state of mind.
We get messages from our Spirit guides. It goes into our thought process and then we vibrate at the energy of what it is we want for ourselves and others.
