A meditation to lift your mood.
Make yourself comfortable whether that's lying down or sitting in a chair.
We're going to start by taking a nice deep breath in and as you release that breath,
Feel yourself begin to relax.
Another nice deep breath in,
Hold at the top,
Release and relax.
Take nice steady breaths,
You may close your eyes or leave them open,
Whatever feels right for you in this moment.
I'm going to say some words which I would like you to repeat in your mind.
I want you to resonate with these words and think about the words.
May I be happy.
And again,
May I be happy.
May I be healthy.
And again,
May I be healthy.
May I be safe.
And again,
May I be safe.
May I give love and be love.
And again,
May I give love and be love.
Now spend a moment being kind to yourself as your spirits lift and your mood brightens.
