Being happy all the time is actually very straightforward.
It's about living in this moment.

My name is Jacqueline and I'd like to share with you my thoughts on being happy.
Any time we feel sad,
Angry,
Upset,
Stressed,
Worried or anything negative,
Our thoughts are either in the past or in the future.
We're either thinking about something that someone in our past said or done,
Something which we are still negative about,
Or we're worried or dreading something that hasn't even happened yet because it's in our future.
In every single moment there are no problems.
It's our mind that is taking us to them.
Our mind is remembering them from our past or creating them for our future.
Our thoughts then create our feelings,
Which will either be happy or not.
When we feel ourselves emotionally lost in the past or the future,
We should stop and take a deep breath in.
Try it now with me.
Okay,
Make yourself comfortable.
Now take a deep breath in and bring your attention to that breath as you slowly exhale.
Take another deep breath in.
Hold for three and slowly exhale.
One more time.
Take a deep breath in.
Hold.
One,
Two,
Three and exhale.
Now with steady breaths,
Notice how your body has started to relax.
Now that you're in the present moment,
I would like you to think of three things you are grateful for.
Now think of two things you love about yourself.
And finally,
Bring to mind one person who is very special in your life.
Spend a moment being grateful and thankful for all these things.
Now take one last deep breath in and as you exhale,
Know that you can do this exercise any time you're not feeling as special as you should.
Being happy all the time is really your choice.
If this is a new habit,
It will take a bit of practice to get there,
But don't give up.
You can do this.
Now that you are in this moment,
Set about being happy and don't allow anything to get in your way.
Love every moment,
One moment at a time,
And know that by feeling gratitude for everything we have creates our past and determines our future.
