Hello,

My name is Jacqueline and I'd like to welcome you for choosing to spend this moment of time with me.

In this meditation we are going to be manifesting our desire,

Our dream or our goal.

So make yourself comfortable and we'll begin.

With your body as comfortable as can be,

I invite you to close your eyes.

Take a nice deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Take another deep breath in and as you exhale allow yourself to relax.

Allow your breathing to become nice and steady.

Relax your shoulders jut a little and enjoy the gentleness of your breathing.

You are walking through a meadow on a beautiful summers day.

The sky is a beautiful blue with not a cloud in sight and the sun feels deliciously warm on your body.

As you walk through the meadow you notice the many different colours of the gorgeous wild flowers around you.

The butterflies and the bees are unaware of your presence and a little way ahead you see some tiny rabbits enjoying the sweet green grass.

It feels good to be alive.

You feel abundant with all the amazing things you are able to enjoy in life.

As you continue walking through the meadow your mind has been cleared of unnecessary thoughts.

The only thought you have now is of the one thing you want to manifest.

The one thing you desire most.

As you reach the edge of the meadow you see a wooden bench.

You walk over to it and sit down.

Relaxing on the bench you lift your face to the sun and for a moment you close your eyes and enjoy its warmth.

Sitting here you think about the desire you want to manifest and the feeling of joy you will have when you receive it.

This feeling of joy grows inside of you.

The feeling of accomplishment and appreciation increases the more you think about it.

You feel so good.

You feel it has already happened.

But before it can happen you must send your desire up to the universe.

In your mind you place your desire inside a large bubble.

Any colour bubble that is right for you.

With the feeling of great appreciation filling your heart you send the bubble up to the universe.

You watch as your bubble floats up into the blue sky until it disappears from sight.

All you have to do now is enjoy life and not worry about your desire because you know and believe the universe will manifest it when the time is right.

You stand and walk back through the meadow once again appreciating how amazing life is.

It's now time to come back to your room.

You're aware of my voice.

You're aware of the noises in the room.

You're aware of your arms and your hands,

Your legs and your feet.

And when you are ready open your eyes.
