Take some deep breaths and come into the moment.
Coming into your body.
Your eyelids are heavy.
You're ready to go deep.
Visualize yourself now.
See yourself sitting where you are.
And also visualize another copy of yourself.
This one's miniature.
It's like a tiny little fairy.
And it's standing at the top of your head.
And ready to take a journey down into your body.
You slowly move down through your head.
Down your throat.
Then you go deep into your heart.
Where you stop.
As you stand there,
Looking at your heart as your miniature self.
Your heart looks huge.
Marvel at your heart.
See how beautiful it is.
As you look at your heart,
You can see two things.
Your heart is not whole.
And it seems to have a cage around it.
Firstly,
We will free your heart from the cage it has been in.
You step forward.
As you do,
You look down at your hand.
Here you will see a key appear.
You take another step forward.
It's time to free your heart from the cage that has been built around it.
You unlock the cage and open the door.
Then you remove all the sides in the top and bottom of the cage.
You let them fall.
And as they do,
They return back to the source to be turned into love energy.
Your heart starts to expand.
It is time now for you to call back all of the parts of your heart that you have given away.
There have been times in your life where you have given someone your heart.
When you offer your heart to someone,
Part of it leaves your body and goes to them.
Whether this is in an intimate relationship,
Whether this is friendships,
Or whether it is just somebody that you feel sorry for and feel deep empathy for,
Or something that has happened within your community.
When you don't have your heart and your body as whole,
You can't connect as deeply to it because it is simply not whole.
Once we bring these parts back,
What you can do from here on in is to keep your heart whole and in your body and shining bright.
What you give to others is your love.
You can give an enormous amount of love from your heart,
Especially when it is whole.
But you don't want to give your heart out to others.
You want to keep that in your body so that you are able to carry the love within it.
Now you are going to call back all those pieces of your heart that you have given away.
You may know where you gave them and you may not.
It doesn't matter.
You just see them all flowing back towards your heart.
And as they flow back,
They enter the field,
They are washed and cleansed with a beautiful bright light before they rejoin your heart.
And as they all come back,
You watch your heart become whole and as it does,
It shines so bright that you can barely look at it.
Your heart is now healed and whole.
Feel what this is like.
Feel it through your whole body.
See it standing there as you minute yourself.
A beautiful glowing,
Expanding vision of love in your heart.
It flows through you and fills every cell of your body.
And as it does,
You feel with so much light that you burst into a big ball of light.
You see this light expand even more.
The light from your heart expands so much that it begins to make its way out further into the world.
And as it expands more,
You see that it makes its way all around the world,
Starting out in front of you.
Spreading the light of love all the way from your body out around the world and then back to you once again rejoining with you from behind you.
Your love is great and true and expansive and magnificent.
Give your love to the world today and to yourself all while keeping your heart whole.
Know that you are needed in this world.
You are here for a reason and living from your heart will always show you the way.
As you slowly come back into the present moment,
You keep shining love from your heart and know that the world is a better place with you in it.
