This meditation and energy clearing will help you tap into the powerful magic that lies within you.
I am honored to be with you on this journey.
All you need to do is get in a comfortable position,
Preferably lying down with your spine straight and either hands over your heart or by your side,
Palms up.
And in the receiving position.
If you are ready to receive this clearing,
Please state either yes in your mind or out loud and we will begin.
You are a magical being.
You always have been and always will be.
This is your true nature in which you came into this lifetime.
It is only through your caregivers,
Society and religious upbringings that you have forgotten who you are.
During this meditation,
We will access your deep subconscious mind and energy field to help you release any limiting energies which no longer serve you.
These energies can consist of not being good enough that you don't matter.
You are not deserving.
You are not lovable or the mindset of lack.
These programs lay dormant in your unconscious mind.
However,
They are the captain of your ship.
They cause you to make decisions in your life,
Make you believe that you are meant to struggle and even limit you from ever achieving the life or love which you deeply desire.
Your conscious mind knows that you are worthy and deserving of all the greatness this life has to offer.
But buried deep are those belief systems that keep you safe from achieving the better things in life.
You may be wondering why you would limit yourself from greatness.
At some point in your life,
You allowed your ego and mind to be in charge.
This happens when you abandon yourself,
Your truth and your connection with source energy.
As a child,
If you were not given emotional validation,
Awareness,
Compassion and emotional or physical care,
You took it personally as though you were fundamentally defective.
You made up stories about your worth and value.
You know who you are at a soul level.
However,
These lies you told yourself are what caused this inherent hole in the soul.
This is not about blame toward the people who raised you or even yourself.
It is about being accountable in the here and now and facing these shadow parts of yourself as well as providing the emotional validation and compassion that you have always deserved as a child and now as your adult self.
You are love.
You are perfect.
You are whole and complete.
Anything outside of these truths are just lies your ego is telling you.
You don't have to believe these lies anymore.
And if you are ready,
We will clear this heavy energy that is no longer for your highest and best.
Now take a few deep breaths and breathe into your heart center.
As you exhale,
Allow all the tension and stress in your body to exit with your breath.
Take one last breath and feel the light and love enter into your heart space through your breath.
You are pure infinite energy and potential.
You can be and achieve anything your heart desires.
Now imagine a pathway in front of you made of beautiful crystals.
As you begin walking down this path,
Feel the energy rising up from the crystals and filling your entire body with magnetic energy and light.
You can feel the smooth crystals under your feet as you continue walking and you feel the supercharged energies rise up through your entire being.
As you walk a little farther,
You see a massive tree in front of you.
In the base of the tree,
You see a bright light coming from an entrance into the stump of the tree.
You walk towards it and you notice a small sign with your name on it.
You know this is for you and so you proceed to enter into the light filled entryway.
Once you step inside the tree opening,
You are surrounded by a bright light that fills the space.
You feel warmth of this light.
However,
You are not sure what you are doing here.
In the distance,
You see a figure of what looks like your higher self.
As it comes closer,
You recognize yourself in this image and it feels very familiar and connected to you.
The image stops directly in front of you and you are happy to see this part of your lost self.
Your higher self begins to tell you that they have missed you and are so happy to see you again.
You lean in for a wholehearted embrace and you can feel the warm penetrating energy radiating around you.
Feel the cells in your body tingle as your skin absorbs this love and compassion.
You ask this being why you are here and they begin to tell you that it is time for you to come home to your authentic self.
It is time for you to awaken the magic within you that has been lying dormant for so long.
That it is time for you to let go of all of the heavy and dark energies and belief systems that are keeping you from living in your full power.
Your higher power then asks you,
Are you ready to receive all that the universe wants to offer you?
They wait for your response.
Now that you are open to receive it,
Your higher self steps back and presents you with a small gold box that fits in the palm of your hand.
This box has your name on it and it contains your magic.
The magic you thought you had lost and denied yourself from having.
You take the box and open it up.
When you look inside,
A sparkling light emerges and you are surprised to see the contents.
It is not filled with any material object,
But transparent crystals that each contain a powerful engraved word on it.
You pick up the first crystal and you see the word hope.
The next one says happiness.
And as you sort through the other crystals,
You see the words love,
Joy,
Peace,
Passion,
Bliss,
Desire,
Curiosity,
Creativity,
Ease,
Fulfillment,
Possibility,
And freedom.
Each one contains a deep magical energy that you experience just by looking at it.
This is your magic.
The magic that has always been inside of you.
That which you were born with.
You know this already lies deep inside of you and you are ready to experience it all again.
And this is why you were brought here.
You are finally ready to access your magic and create the life you know you are worthy of and deserve.
Your higher self asks you to open your heart and place this golden box gently inside.
As you do,
You feel a rush of anticipation,
Hope,
And promise for a new beginning.
You know with this magic you can achieve your dreams,
Explore your passion,
Have the relationships you desire,
Experience love,
And live each day in happiness and joy.
You realize you no longer need to chase these feelings in things outside of you because the magic and fulfillment is inside of you.
These magic crystals will fuel your unstoppable freedom power so that you can live your life from a new state of being.
Your vibration will rise and all the things you desire in your external world will begin to manifest because you have awoken the magic inside of you to inspire,
Empower,
And create.
You are an infinite and powerful being and you now acknowledge that you no longer need to suffer,
Live and lack,
Or diminish who you are.
Sit for a few moments in this delicious new energy as it emanates throughout every cell in your body and radiates like a growing,
Glowing ball of light to fill up the space around you.
Let this light expand so big that it envelops the Earth.
You are sharing this light and magic with others on the planet to raise the vibration of humanity and bring in more love.
Marinate in its deliciousness now.
You are magical.
You are love and you are worthy.
You are a powerful being and have the ability to create a new reality by stepping into this freedom power.
Express your gratitude to yourself,
To your higher self,
And to the universe for this empowering and amazing experience.
You do not have to leave this feeling and it can reside within you every moment of every day.
You can come back to this meditation daily to recharge your magic until you can hold this vibration on your own in every cell and molecule in your body,
Mind,
And soul.
