The the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the You can have your lips closed,

But your teeth are not crushed.

You are very relaxed,

There is no tension in the face.

It is important that your lips are open.

You can have your lips closed,

But it is important that your lips are open.

You can have your teeth closed.

That is the simplicity.

We have to close the mouth,

Otherwise you might get a bit dizzy.

If you are relaxed,

We put the tongue on the upper teeth.

We press it not so hard,

But so hard that we can feel it.

We also send energy through the tongue,

So that we can press the tongue on the sky.

So that our energy does not go in one direction.

Make sure that you are not looking just straight,

But looking slightly upward,

Just a few degrees upwards.

So your gaze is up rather than down or straight.

We also look up a bit,

So that we can feel the angle of our eyes.

So that our gaze is not straight,

But a bit upward.

And then as you do this,

This is where now it requires not just the physiology of your body,

But also the focus in the meditation.

When we start,

We add not only the physiology of the body,

But also the focus.

In the physiology of your body,

By pressing,

The cranium within the structure begins to move.

And it moves by opening up the crown chakra.

If you are having problems or you don't sense this is happening,

It could be because your shoulders are stressed or holding on to stress.

So make sure the shoulders move down so that the cranium can relax into a more open position.

If you have problems with this,

It is possible that our shoulder carries too much stress,

Too much tension.

So in this example,

Imagine that the shoulder is relaxed,

And the cranium is open.

So in this example,

Imagine that the shoulders are relaxed,

And the cranium is open.

And in this way,

The cranium can also relax and open.

While breathing in and out deeply,

We make sure that the shoulders are relaxed,

That the body is relaxed,

And that the breath is extended.

Focus on the out-breath.

Deep breath.

As you breathe out and you come back to an in-breath,

Just allow the in-breath to happen spontaneously without trying to change it or do anything with the in-breath.

As you breathe in,

Connect to the fontanelle by making sure that you are almost like a little open blossom,

Receiving the sun rays of the space,

Intuitive space that is around you,

Open and receptive to this present moment,

And just receiving these subtle vibrations that you sense at the top of your head in the fontanelle area.

You may sense this as warmth,

Or you may sense this as just tingling,

Or you may sense this in thoughts,

That just is almost like the thoughts flow in a different way,

Or feelings.

Just be receptive and open as you breathe in and magnetize the energy towards this point of the fontanelle.

And the inner space that surrounds us.

We must be open,

And we must feel the vibrations on top of our head,

In the crown chakra,

And we must feel them there.

We may feel them as a warm feeling,

Or as a heavy feeling,

Or as a changed thought,

As thoughts that are now different,

Or feelings that are different,

As they were before.

We are open,

We accept only,

And when we are open and we accept what is,

The energy that comes into the crown chakra,

In our souls,

Increases as if it were supported by a real magnet.

Deep breath.

And we breathe deeply.

We continue.

We are open,

We accept only,

And when we are open and we accept what is,

The energy that comes into the crown chakra,

In our souls,

Increases as if it were supported by a real magnet.

We are open,

We accept only,

And when we are open and we accept what is,

The energy that comes into the crown chakra,

In our souls,

Increases as if it were supported by a real magnet.

We are open,

We accept only,

And when we are open and we accept what is,

The energy that comes into the crown chakra,

In our souls,

Increases as if it were supported by a real magnet.

We are open,

We accept only,

In our souls,
