How would my breath feel if I let go of all that holds me back during my out-breath and on the out-breath focus simply on the intention, The intention of a new beginning. So rather than react, Act from consciousness. If your reaction is to close up, To feel tense, Do the opposite. Open up, Relax, Nurture a new way of life in the way that you breathe out. Simply allow your intuitive creative process and trust your intuitive and creative process to reveal to you through intuition how to lead the in-breath back into the flow.
