Sitting Twist... a classic! Is it possible for your spine to spiral about a vertical axis? If so, you might be able to extend your arms. A Feldenkrais routine, releasing normal hand-eye connection is useful... freeing the motor cortex to overcome perceived (false) limitations to your mobility. Discover how your body responds when you do things it enjoys. Work with your body, not attacking it, not against it, not trying to control it; and allow your breath, with the help of gravity, to release tension and stress. If it hurts... it's wrong. Use with tracks 11 (Standing backbend) and 13 (Lying forward bend) in a full practice, which includes a starting routine (e.g. tracks 2, 6 or 10) an inversion and a balance, and finishes with relaxation (track 19).
