The best way to have a perfect day is to set the conditions up the night before for magic to unfold the day after.

Before you put your head on your pillow,

Make a note in a journal or just in your head of all the good things that happened in the day that's just gone.

Then write down or think up three lovely things that you would like to happen tomorrow.

Muse on these things as you drift off into hypnagogia.

The next morning,

Luxuriate in the hypnopompic state and let your dreams percolate into your awareness.

Optionally you can analyse them too.

Have some breakfast if you like and brush your teeth,

Then before getting into your day,

Meditate on what you'd like to happen on that day.

Don't think you're wasting time though and get up a little earlier if you have to as the time spent doing this will come back to you in spades.

As you get into your day,

Undertake the tasks on your to-love list in the order that you'd love to do them.

Set up an interruption barrier by entering the eyes-open meditative state.

As your day unfolds,

You'll find the things you wrote down the night or a few nights before start to happen.

As and when they turn up,

Be sure to say thank you.

If you feel yourself flagging during the day,

Do some deep belly breaths,

Alternately energising your brain hemispheres.

Remember to pop a random act of kindness or three into your day too.

Should any adversity show up,

Thank it for coming along.

Note too what the moon phase is doing and what season you're in.

The adversity might just be a sign that there's a better time to do whatever it is you're trying to do.

So breathe in and breathe now.

After only a few weeks of having perfect days,

You will quickly forget the old ways.

Your luck and vitality will increase and people will notice something different about you.

They may ask if you had any treatment or perhaps if you got a new lover in your life.

Now some secrets should stay as secrets but not this one.

What better gift can you give to someone you love but the gift of more time?

So tell them how it is you manage to have such perfect days and tell them to tell people that they love too.
