The Turning Point

This Daily Insight first went live on the app on Christmas Day 2019. Although not published on Christmas Day this year, the timing of the Turning Point is when the Earth reaches a point in its orbit around the Sun. On the Winter Solstice, days get lighter in the Northern Hemisphere and shorter for those Down Under, who experience a Summer Solstice. If you are on the Equator, nothing much changes. Where ever you are, each day gives us an opportunity to turn a corner and make a change.
