Begin by finding a comfortable position in which you feel comfortable but alert.
Your back straight but not rigid,
Your hands resting gently on your lap or by your side.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,
Allowing your chest and
abdomen to expand fully and then exhale slowly through your mouth,
Releasing any tension
or stress.
Now let's begin the journey to your emotional cleansing and a reset for your mind.
Imagine a gentle,
Warm light surrounding you,
A light filled with pure love and compassion.
This light represents your emotional well-being.
As you breathe in,
Visualize this light entering your body,
Illuminating every part of your
being.
With each breath,
Allow any negative emotions,
Worries or tensions to surface.
These emotions may appear as dark clouds or heavy energy within you.
Judge them without judgment and as you exhale,
Release them into the warm,
Loving light.
Imagine these emotions dissipating,
Leaving you feeling lighter and more at ease.
Continue this process,
Bringing with each inhale new,
Fresh and vibrant energy and letting
go of stale,
Used up energy with each exhale.
As you do this,
Feel your emotional load becoming lighter with every breath.
Embrace the sense of cleansing and renewal as you let go of what no longer serves you.
As always,

Now that you've cleared some emotional space,
Turn your attention to your mind.
Imagine a chalkboard filled with worries,
Anxieties and racing thoughts.
Just a usual landscape of a worried mind.
As you focus on each concern,
Visualize erasing it with a gentle swipe of your hand.
Watch as the worries disappear,
Leaving the chalkboard clean and clear.
Now imagine a blank canvas in your mind.
See it as a fresh start,
A new beginning.
Take a moment to set a positive intention or affirmation for yourself.
It could be something like,
I am calm and at peace,
Or I trust in the journey of life.
Repeat this intention silently to yourself several times,
Allowing it to sink deep into
your subconscious mind.
Do it for a moment as I hold space for you.
Finally,
With your emotion cleansed and your mind reset,
Focus on your breath once more.
Feel the natural rhythm of your breath,
The rise and fall of your chest or abdomen.
Let your breath become your anchor to the present moment.
As you continue to breathe deeply and slowly,
Imagine a warm,
Soothing energy radiating
from the center of your heart.
This energy spreads throughout your body,
Relaxing every muscle and releasing any remaining
tension.
Feel a profound sense of calm and peace washing over you.
Take a moment to appreciate the stillness within you.
You are now centered,
Balanced and filled with tranquility.
Embrace this feeling of inner peace and know that you can return to it whenever you need
to reset your mind and cleanse your emotions.
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Try to carry this sense of calm and peace with you throughout your day.
