Let's get a good posture,
Meaning let's connect with our foundation.
Your lower back has a natural arch and our spine,
Remember the spine,
You're not rounding the upper body,
Your chest is open.
Your cervical spine also has that natural arch.
Your face relaxes.
Your hands rest on your thighs or on your lap.
The river of life,
Meaning life is in a constant flux.
Change,
Noises,
Smells,
Light and darkness,
Rainy and sunny.
Allow yourself to be with the river of your life right now.
The river of thoughts and emotions and feelings is unending.
Often when we sit to meditate,
There's a part of us that wants to control the river and that is not a good idea.
Rather let the river flow as it wants to flow.
So not controlling the mind or the senses but being with them.
Just being more aware of its flow.
As easily as just turning your gaze within.
Feeling the flow of the breath.
Notice the thoughts arising in the mind as you notice the breath.
Notice the noises around you.
Notice the level of light of today.
Is it sunny?
Is it cloudy?
How is it?
How does it feel?
Getting in touch with the qualities of today.
When it's a sunny day,
It's a certain energy.
When it's a cloudy day or slightly cloudy,
It's another energy.
Getting in tune with what is.
How are you today?
Your emotions,
Your feelings?
What energy did you woke up today with?
Don't judge it as good or bad.
Remember it's all perfect.
There's a value in every state.
As you feel the flow of your river,
Appreciate it.
Appreciate what is.
Get more in tune with this manifestation.
How's your inner body?
How does your body feel inside?
When you get in touch with your belly,
Your digestive organs,
What do you notice?
You can also get in touch with your sexual organs,
Your feet and legs.
Feeling a little more grounded as you breathe into that pelvic area and allow yourself to be more grounded and more connected with your foundation.
Then go into your chest area and notice how does the lung feel when you breathe in?
What stands out in your torso?
Shoulders?
Getting in touch with your throat.
How does it feel?
And the throat connects you with the jaw.
The muscles of the jaw are so powerful.
So much energy can go there.
And the senses,
The eyes.
So much energy of ourself going to our eyes.
We're so visual.
And the mind,
The thinking.
All these rivers of energy.
And the heartbeat.
Supporting all this activity.
Can you expand your awareness to include them all?
Feel all the flow within your body and around the body.
The flow of life.
When you include it all,
When you experience it all,
You are aware.
You are simply aware.
You are in awareness.
On the ground of being.
In the warmth of the universal mother.
Constantly creating and dissolving its forms and shapes and subtleties of creation.
And you become aware of everything.
And you also become aware of being.
Simply being with everything.
Being with the pulsation of life.
When you do this,
You synchronize yourself with life.
You tune in to the basic rhythm of life.
Being aware of everything.
Allowing everything.
Experiencing everything.
Being everything.
