Use this meditation as much as needed to clear, ground, and protect your energy. This is great for starting your day, at the end of a difficult day, or before you step into a difficult situation. I always feel better after I ground and clear my energy. The protection is also great for people who tend to absorb the energies of other people easily.

Hello and welcome.

My name is Tina Stinson and I want to thank you for joining me in this meditation.

Let us start by finding a quiet and comfortable place.

Start to become aware of your breath and slow it down.

Close your eyes and take a few deep intentional cleansing breaths.

Inhaling calm and exhaling tension in the body.

Release your jaw.

Let your shoulders relax and drop.

Unclench your hands.

Take one last big cleansing breath in.

And then as you exhale,

I want you to relax even deeper.

I want you to imagine a bright white light above you radiating pure cleansing energy.

Visualize this light descending and surrounding you,

Forming a protective cocoon.

As this light surrounds you,

Proceed absorbing and dissolving any negative energy or tension within your body and mind.

Feel the weight of negativity lifting,

Leaving you with a sense of lightness and serenity.

Take a deep breath in.

Hold at the top.

And as you exhale,

Release all negative energy from your body that is not serving you.

Now shift your focus to the base of your spine.

Visualize roots extending from your body deep into the earth.

See these roots anchoring you securely like the roots of a tree.

As you connect with the earth,

Feel a surge of stability and strength rising up through your roots into your body.

Allow this grounding energy to center and calm you like a peaceful force of nature.

Take a deep breath in.

Hold at the top.

And as you exhale,

Say to yourself,

I am supported.

Now imagine a radiant shield of light surrounding your cocoon of white energy.

This shield acts as a protective barrier.

See this shield glowing with a color that represents strength and safety to you,

Such as deep blue or shimmering gold.

Know that this shield protects you from negativity and it keeps you safe from any external disturbances.

At the same time,

It will always let in love and support.

Feel the warmth and reassurance of this protective shield surrounding you,

Knowing that you are safe and secure.

Take a deep breath in.

Hold at the top.

And as you exhale,

Say,

I am safe.

Take a few moments to feel into this state of clarity,

Groundedness,

And protection.

When you're ready,

Slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Gently open your eyes,

And I want you to carry this sense of peace,

Clarity,

And protection with you throughout your day.

This meditation can be a powerful tool to help you release negativity,

Stay grounded,

And shield yourself from any draining energies.

Regular practice can enhance your well-being and resilience in the face of life's challenges.
