Hello and welcome to your meditation.
You can go find a quiet,
Comfortable place,
Preferably alone so that you can feel your own energy and take some time to really settle in.
Make yourself perfectly comfortable and begin to take some big,
Deep breaths.
Sessions that feel specific and perfect for you at your own rhythm,
At your own pace.
Today we're going to take a journey,
A journey of self-love,
Self-care,
Self-acceptance,
But also a journey to go deeper into your heart and your soul.
We're now going to take some deep breaths together,
Ones that will fill up our lungs and expand our bellies.
Deep breath in,
Hold,
And let it all go with a big exhale.
Do that again,
This time at your own pace,
At your own time.
I now want you to begin to see a path.
This path is surrounded in beautiful landscape that goes on and on for miles,
More than your eyes can see.
This path is clear of any debris or obstacles,
And you begin walking down it.
All it requires of you is one step in front of the other.
As you're journeying down this path,
You see an animal to your left.
Take note of which animal this is and what their energy and message might be for you.
On your right,
You see a dog.
A gentle and loving guide.
Take note of who they are.
Do you know them or recognize them?
Are they of the earth or of the stars?
Now behind you,
I want you to see your higher self,
The version of you that lives in your heart,
Your most authentic,
Loving,
And aligned version of you.
I want you to see them merging with you now in a way that fills you up with delight.
I want you to now bring forth your why for joining this journey.
Why did you say yes?
What are you hoping to get out of this journey?
What are your expectations of yourself in this journey?
Be the observer without any judgment,
And if any doubts or negative thoughts come in,
Take your breath and blow them away with a big exhale.
Energy pushes them away easily and all that's left is truth.
I want you to now make a declaration to yourself out loud or in your heart and you can just repeat after me.
I am committed to walking this path.
I am committed to taking care of myself.
I am committed to loving myself.
I am committed to healing myself.
I am committed to taking two minutes for myself each day for the next 31 days.
I am proud of myself for making this commitment.
And so it is.
And now we'll allow for a few minutes for anything else that wants to come.
You can add your own intentions for this journey or just receive messages that you need to come through from your guides,
The angels,
The universe,
Source,
God,
Or whomever you want to hear a message from.
Keep hearing.
You can now wiggle your fingers and toes if you're ready to awaken.
Take a nice big stretch and a nice deep breath.
